Great place! The boyfriend and I were visiting Dallas for a convention, but opted to go shopping in the gayborhood to see what the city had to offer for the gay community. This place is fantastic! Some of it is expensive (though totally worth it), but we did end up with a new pair of underwear and 2 pairs of swimwear for 40 bucks. But the staff was VERY friendly and made conversation, so it was just overall a pleasant experience. We’ll definitely be shopping here again on our next trip to the city.

This is a great place to purchase men’s upscale casual clothing. They have a particularly large section of men’s underwear and swimwear. Diesel and Rock Republic jeans are carried and they have a good selection of both. Since Outlines is part of Dallas’s GLBT community and a local small business, I prefer to come here over the mall if at all possible to support local small businesspeople. The staff in particular is very friendly and has no attitude unlike many other clothing type stores. Lastly, on some days they are even open until around 10 or 11 PM, which is ultra convenient.

In need of some cute swim shorts for my trip to Puerto Rico, I got a hot tip to come here. On a late Saturday afternoon no one was really shopping. The store clerk was really polite and courteous. He was very kind with assistance and it didn’t feel like I was pressured to have to buy something. I called ahead to check their hours. They were open till 11pm, whaaat? Ha, well I found some awesome boy shorts chill by the pool with. I will totally be back.

Owned by the owner of Skivvies, down the street, this is a store that caters more to the trendy and upscale fashionistas who careless about the skivvies, and more about the exterior. Cute clothes — t-​shirts, jeans, shirts, trousers — but on the pricier side. Really cute and chatty salesman too. I bought a pair of checked shorts here, ideal summer and beachwear. So excited to flaunt it! Oh, and their had the HOTTEST and CUTEST and TRENDIEST boots/​shoes, though not a huge collection, AND they were all totally affordable. Lord only knows why I didn’t get a pair. Extra points for it being a menswear only store.
