I just checked on my order after 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was told it was going to be two hours. Went to pick it up myself and was still charged the $ 5 tip, delivery, and not given my drink. You lost a customer.

Over an hour after I placed my order and when I try to call to check on it, THEYDON’T ANSWERTHEIRPHONE! I’ve called SEVERAL times(from different phones to make sure it wasn’t a problem on my end) and nothing. At this point I’d rather just cancel my order, but I can’t get a hold of them to tell them that!

I order from here all the time! I usually pick it up since I live across the street, but it has always been ready when I got there and the order has always been correct(and delicious). Only bad thing I can think of is they sometimes forget to give you the extra sauces you’ve paid for, so make sure to check :)

Franchised pizza seems like an easy enough endeavor. This location would make Peyton and Pappa weep. Delivery windows worse than a cable company, customer service equal to Comcast. Never again.

Worst service. I tried for 15 minutes to get someone on the phone to see where my order was. I finally gave up and called the customer service number. They said they were aware of the complaints on this store and couldn’t get in contact with them either. They said all I could do was cancel the order and get a refund. Ridiculous I wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering. It gets worse the driver calls after 2 hours I said just bring it he says he can’t find the place I give him directions this was 20 minutes ago. He never showed up and won’t answer his phone. I am entirely dissatisfied by the whole experience. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Worst Papa Johns out there.

I ordered online for carry out and I was there 2 or 3 minutes early to pick up the pizza. The pizza wasn’t ready and I was told it was going in the oven… Well 35 minutes later, it was still not ready and I wasn’t the only customer there waiting an inordinate amount of time. The owner should be ashamed of the operation he is running… particularly when the staff lies to customers and says the pizza is going«in the oven». It only takes a few minutes to cook a pizza, I am not an idiot. Don’t waste your time with this Papa Johns.

Incompetent doesn’t begin to describe the people who work here. Non-peak hours, small online order for routine delivery. After waiting for an hour, I decided to call — they told me my pizza was in the oven and it would be ready in ten minutes to then be out for delivery which could take an additional 15. I decided to just pick it up. Got to the store, only to then find out my pizza«could be in the oven within the next ten minutes.» The response was«well, we’re real busy.» With evening plans now approaching, I have to get something else to eat because I can’t sit around and wait 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered. When I said that the ordeal was ridiculous, the girl at the cash register rolled her eyes at me — really?! Papa, your model is broken.

Worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered 2 pizzas at 9:00pm at 10:40pm I called and canceled my order. The service is slow and unprofessional. My business is going to dominos from now on, they have much quicker service.

Visiting dallas and on way back to hotel ordered via the PapaJohns application. Order was advised 115 – 120 minutes to arrive. As i reviewed order confirmation noticed one of the pizza was incorrect. Called immediatly and was on hold for 20minutes before call was picked up and dropped. Called again and after 15minutes on hold again picked up and dropped. Waiting an hr and half to call again and was advised food was already made and with driver. Two hours and 15minutes later received two cold pizzas. Was a Sunday night when order around 7pm didn’t get to eat until almost 11pm.

Would give it a negative star if I could, placed an online order at 11 for a noon schedule deliver, call at 12:15, the drive is still 15 minutes out… .if I wanted it deliver at 12:30 I would have said 12:30… offer no apology or compensation… blaming it on lunch rush… really… must be a once in a blue moon kind of thing when lots of people get lunch during lunch hour… the employee who answer the phone sounded stone… and the manager is not help… order from them 2 – 3 times before same bad service…

I’ve ordered from this location twice since the new management took over. Have not had a single problem either time! Pizza was delivered in specified timeframe, how I requested it, and looked and tasted just like you’d want a Papa John’s pizza to taste: 100% guilty pleasure all the way! I recommend using the app or ordering online, you get more options, such as: ‘extra sauce’ or cooked ‘well done’, etc. I will def continue to order from this place whenever I’m in the mood for«calories don’t count» food. I feel a little weird giving Papa John’s a 5 star rating, but this place deserves some Unilocal love after all the negative reviews, so come on fellow Unilocalers, give this place another shot!

Most pathetic service I came across ever. Ordered food at 6:45, the delivery guy calls at 7:35 that he is at the gate and want to punch in, 7:45 he calls again and asks the apartment(isn’t it there on my order) and confirms the floor in live on. 7:50 he calls again and tells me that he is unable to find my address and went back to his car. To assist him I went to the street and he tells me he can’t see m. Lol At 7:55 called the restaurant to complain and got to know that they have already cancelled my order. No apologies, no re-order. Hate to see this as papa johns used to be the best out of all… Shame!!!

This is the worst papa johns in Dallas. I have ordered from here a few times and every time it is a hassle and the staff is extremely rude. I can see from other comments that I am not the only one having issues. To night we tried to order. They had two pizza’s two topping for 20. When we asked what toppings they had the girl that answered the phone was very rude and put out because we asked. She just started ramming off topping repeating most of them more than once. She finished it off by saying«and other things like that». Really. Is that what papa johns trains their employees to say when someone ask what topping you have. I did over look this went on with the order. The second pizza I then wanted no red sauce on one pizza because I can not eat it. At that point I was rudely told that was a speciality and would not qualify for the 20 special. So. Ow our total was going to be over $ 40. Papa johns is the only pizza place that we order from that charges for a sauce other than red sauce. Get it together papa. Need my to say I have del their number from my phone and I will not be calling them back. There are lots of other places in town that I will give my business to.

Thank you, Unilocalers, for warning me about the terrible service at this location. So I think I figured out the magic formula for ordering here. 1. Order online for carry out and pay at checkout. 2. Wait for confirmation email noting your order ready time. 3. Call the store number when your pizza is supposed to be ready and ask if it is ready. Don’t leave your house until they say it’s ready. 4. Go to location, observe only 2 out of maybe 6 or 7 standing around actually working. You may be ignored for a few minutes if no one is manning the register even though everyone else sees you enter. 5. Get pizza and gtfo. Hope this helped out some of you. I observed two cars waiting for their pizza in the parking lot. The pizza itself was delicious and hit the spot, no complaints there.

I will not use papa johns ever! Placing an order online was so complicated. I wasn’t given the option to enter a coupon while placing my order so I contacted the store regarding the issue hoping for a resolution but instead I ended up canceling my order due to how rude the guy on the other end of the phone was. It seemed as if he didn’t want to deal with the issue and just get me off the phone. I contacted their 800 number to ensure that my order was canceled and that the funds would be returned to my card. The representative contacted the store and canceled the order however, he was not interested to hear about the poor customer service nor apologized for the inconvenience.

On a night we were lacking for food, we decided to order Papa John’s, usually a favorite with their garlic sauce on the side. Unfortunately, what we ordered wasn’t quite what we got. And I don’t mean we were missing a few toppings, I mean we ordered a few medium pizzas and ended up with much less than that. While their delivery service was relatively on point for the rush hour of pizza we expected, one of the pizzas was significantly smaller than what we had ordered. You can take a look for yourself, but the pizza is clearly at no larger than a small and was even boxed in a medium box. That just screams irresponsible. I don’t plan on ordering from this Papa John’s in a while. When I order a pizza, I expect the full pizza. All the garlic sauce in the world can’t make up for the pizza you really want.
