Park Lane Allergy & Asthma Center

Both Dr. Cole and Dr. Tran Ly are great. For those who care, Dr. Cole is also a DO, but does not see patients as a GP. The staff is just as good, and the ladies at the front desk, Crystal and Qedrin, are as hilarious as they are good at their jobs!
The practice has two locations, one along the Southbound service drive of 635 and the other along the West side (Southbound service drive of 75).
Their hours are fantastic for ongoing maintenance visits — the primary reason I was able to start the allergy shot treatment. The first appointment is 7:15AM M-​F (Dallas location). I actually get to work earlier when I have shots.
You can also do an accelerated plan whereby you go in for 6 hours and cut the time down to just a couple of months to get to a 1 visit per month maintenance program (another reason I chose Parklane).
Also, the shots don’t hurt. Place seems good for kids too. I see lots of children in the waiting room, and never hear shrieks when they go back for shots.

I was very disappointed with the customer service provided by Park Lane Allergy & Asthma. I did research online and saw great reviews on Unilocal,so I booked an appointment. They weren’t able to get me in for two weeks. I was asked for my credit card information in case I was unable to notify the office 48 hours in advance that I could not be there or if I was a no show. Understandable. I spoke with a friend who is a doctor, and he recommended another allergist in the area, actually closer to me as well. This office was able to get me an appointment within the week. I called Park Lane Allergy & Asthma office back 8 days prior to the appointment that I had scheduled and asked to cancel. I also noticed they already had taken out the $ 25 from my checking account, so I asked if they would refund it as I am a new patient and called to cancel in more than enough time. I was transferred to someone else in the office who told me no, it’s a policy and she could use it to secure a different appointment. However, I do not want a different appointment, I want to cancel. I asked who else I could speak with and they told me the office manager would call me back tomorrow. Please be aware if you choose this doctor’s office, they will charge you a $ 25 fee, non-​refundable, even if you give them more notice than they requested. Highly disappointed. When someone is having severe allergy symptoms, but your office cannot get them in to see a doctor in a reasonable amount of time and another doctor can, the right thing to do is to help them to see a doctor as soon as possible & not charge them just for setting up an appointment. I would not recommend this office.

After suffering from allergies for so many years I can finally breathe thanks to Dr. Ly. Dr. Cole, and the staff at Park Lane Allergy. They are so sweet and really care about each individual patient. I highly recommend them to my family and friends who suffer from allergies as well!!!

After a talk with the doctor we remedied the situation. The error still sets my treatment schedule back a couple months but I am glad I will get treated for everything I tested positive to.
As always, the staff are the ones that make this allergist office as enjoyable as it could be. They are very friendly and sociable.

Amazing team! Dr Cole is very straight forward and down to earth. He spends time with his patients going over results & options. His team is amazing! They work great together! They are so friendly & helpful. You walk in feeling surrounded by good friends… one of the gang.

Because of Dr. Cole my allergies are under control. I went to him because I kept having eczema and didn’t know what was causing it. Turns out that it was a nail polish allergy. Who would have thought?!? Dr. Cole is a great doctor who really listens and doesn’t make you feel like you are rushed with you time with him.
I am currently taking shots, which means I get to go visit with the super sweet and fun office staff and nurses. I can honestly say that I look forward to going! It’s like catching up with friends. After my shot, Kim always offers me coffee… so much better than Starbucks! And be sure to go on Halloween! They were dressed in costumes and gave out treats. I really love this place. Kinda makes me sad to think about what to do once i’m done with the shots. Maybe I’ll just have to have monthly «hi, how ya doing» visits. :)

I could not recommend Dr. Cole and his staff more. Dr. Cole was very judicious about suggesting an immunotherapy program. We only decided to do it after trying other less drastic and affordable options. Once we made the decision I went through an allergy test to determine what I was allergic to and then he devised a custom immunotherapy program. I opted for the Rush program that accelerated my schedule of injections. I then started with weekly, bi weekly and now month injections. The office location is also very convenient which makes keeping up with scheduled injections very easy. The staff in the office is great. I’ve developed a great relationship with the staff (Michelle, Connie, Sharlene and Kim) who take fantastic care of me every time I come in for my regular Shot.

I just started there a couple weeks ago. I had the allergy test and did the rush shot treatment last week. This week i started my weekly shots. I can’t say how well the shots work yet as it is too soon. However, the Doctors (i have seen both) are both great as well as the nurses and office staff. It is nice going into an office with friendly people and knowledgable.

Dr Cole and his staff are amazing! I would suffer year after year with frequent infections and just take a ton of medicine to get relief however after having a skin test and finding out what my triggers were we came up with a immunotherapy plan in the fall that would get me feeling better by the time my spring allergies were in full bloom– what a difference a few months makes! I’m no longer having to take medications on a daily basis and I feel better overall. Also after testing I found out that I was allergic to dogs but after 4 months of therapy we got a puppy in January and I have had no issues at all– all those puppy kisses and not one stuffy nose from it :) Thanks Dr. Cole!

I went to see Dr. Cole for an allergy test and to get answers as to why my face was so red and dry since moving to Dallas. He and his staff were very pleasant and understanding of my frustration.
Olivia was my nurse and was one of the most pleasant nurses I’ve dealt with. Having a fear of needles, she was very understanding and made the procedure go a lot easier than it would’ve otherwise
Dr. Cole actually listened to my symptoms and was very quick to respond in helpful ways. He never once was condescending in his answers nor did he make me feel ignorant, as most doctors tend to do. You can tell he really enjoys his work. The answers and treatment he gave me were very clear, he explained why he was treating me in a certain way and I didn’t feel like I was just being quickly prescribed something and pushed out the door.
As a side note, the office was very nice. The entire atmosphere made it feel less like a doctors office, and made it easy to relax.

Dr. Cole and his staff are amazing! I am currently undergoing allergy shots to get rid of a chronic cough. Every time I’ve gone, the staff and nurses go way above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience. For example, on the day I got my initial allergy test, nurse Brit offered me coffee with her personal Irish-​flavored creamer. Another time I went in for a shot, they offered me a Panera pastry from an over abundance they had. It seems like the staff is all friends with one another and they treat all their patients with such respect. Dr. Cole also has the best bed-​side manner of any doctor I’ve ever been to. He genuinely listened to me talk about my cough which has been going on for a few years and then asked me a lot of in-​depth questions afterwards. I’ve been to docs where I feel like they always have better places to be and never give you much of their time. Dr. Cole was so thorough and went through a very complex, but doable treatment plan. I feel really safe in his hands and am hopeful for the first time in years that this cough will finally be treated properly.

I used to get allergy shots at my family doctor and switched to Park Lane after moving; what a difference! The dr and staff are very friendly and they always had my allergy shot ready the second I walked in.
I would definitely recommend Park Lane to anyone with allergies.
