I am sitting in the exam room 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and have yet to see the doctor. This happens all the time here. I’m perusing the Internet for a new pediatrician while I wait and continue to miss more time out of my office and my daughter misses more time from school because they don’t value our time, only our medical insurance.

The Doctors at this office are all wonderful. I am not picky when it comes to this practice, as all of them are courteous and kind to my children. Little to no waiting time, appointments on Saturdays, all of the things a parent dreams of!

I’ve heard good things about one of the dr’s here. And the office is across Presby hospital. I’m a patient there as well as some people I know. Dr Neely is a great pediatrician. He’s patient with questions and gives good information. Helps parents feel at ease about how their kids are doing. We just had our first child about 2 months ago and we’re happy with the dr. We’ve had a few appts and just found out today that he was listed in D Magazine as One of Dallas’ Best Pediatricians (for three yrs). Congrats!
