I sent out all my rugs to be cleaned at this company after reading good reviews. The people on the phone were nice and the delivery guys were great. However, the process was very hard on my rugs. My hand knotted rugs survived OK, but my largest rug (a sumack) was ruined. The cleaning brought removed the top layer of weave in different areas of the rug, leaving white loose strands which appear like debris on the rug’s surface. I brought it to the attention of the delivery guys. They said it was just debris that would vacuum up. It absolutely is part of the rug and will not come off. The rug is dark colors so it is very visible. In the company’s defense, I did not initiate a claim of any kind because a family situation demanded my time for months after.

Took back a keshan for Sam and his guys to take care of. Once again perfect on the cleaning, timeliness and delivery of my rug. Thank you again PRAC!!!

HORRIBLE! Promised me specifically that my rug would be back by a certain day. It didn’t! Assured me that it would be back on another day. Yet again it WASN’T! Waited three more days, call back and manager says it will be delivered when it’ll be delivered and doesn’t have time to waste on me, then rudely hung up. … Bad way to handle business. When it finally came a month later, said they wouldn’t accept anything but cash from me. I call the manager and ask why they don’t accept checks. Rudely stated «we do accept check, just not from you. CASH ONLY!»
Being that I didn’t have cash, the delivery guy takes it back and now they are refusing to deliver. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! DO NOT USE!

Persian rug has been cleaning my most precious pieces in my home for several years since I moved to the Dallas area. I was referred by a friend who is… let’s just say very «well-​known» in the Dallas social scene, and he certainly did not disappoint me with the recommendation. Ron, the owner, is very engaging and friendly, professional, and most importantly, timely. His staff is just as personable and professional as the owner himself. His prices are reasonable for the excellent service received. I recommend him to all of my friends and family!
