Victor is a stud. I purchased an old home and the A/​C and Furnace was really old. Victor was prompt and inspected the entire system, he provided me a DETAILED report within hours of his visit, including pictures, prices, and recommendations. I was able to take that to the Seller to fix as a stipulation on the sale. Initially I only thought the Seller would cover the Furnace, and I would be stuck with this somewhat iffy A/​C system. However, the Seller saw the report and picked up the entire $ 8−9k tab. Unfortunately the Seller used their own HVAC guy for the install, But sitting in my house with this new A/​C unit blowing streams of cold air, I credit Victor at Precision Geothermal with providing me with the professional report with the verbiage he used to seal the deal on a new A/​C system.
