Nice location but the chairs are really uncomfortable and the service is very slow. The food is good if you don’t mind the wait.

Went there to hear a local musician friend, enjoyed their chicken Tuscan sandwich. It was nothing gourmet, but it was delicious, fresh, adequate quantity, reasonably priced, and well presented. There’s a side room, and also a weird little hole in the wall covered by a curtain. If you peep through that there’s a whole ‘nother banquet room where you could have a dance, a conference, or a reception. The owner owns the whole building, & told me they book the banquet room for events and outside caterers do the food (so the reviewer who gave it a one star rating may not have even been having their food at all!) The stage area is nice and big enough for a band and they appeared to have a decent sound system and acoustics. The whole place has a very comfortable open and pleasant coffee bar ambiance without feeling like a little cramped hole in the wall like some coffee shops do. I’m looking forward to playing there soon: alone or with either of my jazz quartets (Chuva Boa, or Starlight Crossing). & If you’re looking for a beautiful small town setting for your medium sized event, Dallas is not too far from Monmouth, Independence, Salem, and Corvallis/​Albany.

Nice atmosphere, great selections of drinks, wine, Italian soda, & coffees. Live Music at times. Furniture and setting is comfortable. Feels like your sitting on the set of friends. Prices average for your upscale coffee /​wine bar hangout.

Excellent place! Best cup of coffee award here! Their dark roast is perfection. The atmosphere is perfection. The staff is so warm and welcoming. The food is also very fresh and delicious. Great place to socialize and a huge plus is all the outlets around the building if you’re here to do homework, they are seriously everywhere. Add a full bar and live music too! Doesn’t get any better.

Love the casual atmosphere, love being able to have the starbucks feeling while supporting a local business. keep up the good work!

I attended a high school reunion here on Friday night. They did a buffet and we had tri tip and salmon. I had the salmon and it inside was completely raw. Not impressed. The atmosphere is nice but make sure your food is cooked before you eat it.

A nice little spot in Dallas. We went here when a Friday night for a birthday party. They had reserved the party room in back. Nice little place with a couple of tables and a bar for the wine and a bar for the food stuffs.
We enjoyed the people and the fun and they had many staff helping out in the party room as well as on the floor of the main restaurant/​bar.
Live music was hopping and very enjoyable. I would definitely stop here again.
Minus one star for one bathroom for the whole place (unless, I missed another one).

The best atmosphere for a hang out in Oregon. Staff is attentive, food is multi variate, have music and open mic. There simply is no other place to compare. We drive from Salem about once a week for coffee and to read. Beer, nice wine selection, full bar and coffee and tea. Lots of window space.

My wife and I were taking an off the beaten path route back to the OR coast and made a stop in Dalllas, not expecting to fine such a good coffee shop with food. The latte and cappuccino were excellent and the sandwiches and soup fresh, handmade and plentiful. If you find yourself in Dallas, definitely make this a stop.

More fresh fruit/​veggie grab n’go snacks would rock, knocking my score down slightly. I love the alternative milk options!!! The atmosphere is excellent along with the drinks!

Really love the atmosphere! They have fabulous tasting coffee as well. My only complaint is speed of service when ordering a coffee (not a great stop when you’re in a hurry) and inconsistent pricing on drinks (different quotes for the same drinks.) This is a really nice place to meet a friend or have a date with your special someone. Highly recommended.

I love this place! Great food (try the artichoke dip and bacon mac n cheese). They have an extensive wine collection so it’s a great place to broaden your horizons. Ask for Julie, she’s super sweet and can really recommend wine! And the coffee is the best I’ve ever had and I drink A LOT of coffee.

My husband and I had a rare afternoon alone and we decided to go out to lunch. Ever since Tiga left downtown Dallas, we haven’t been too excited about the standard local fare so we decided to give Pressed a try.
We were so impressed by what the owner has done with their corner location! Totally renovated, there’s a ton of ambiance, big, bright windows, and lots of comfortable seating. There was a nice mix of people, from downtown employees to a group of moms with kids in strollers.
We looked at the menu and were so excited to see actual LUNCH fare! No greasy pizzas, no burgers, no fries, just delicious-​sounding salads and sandwiches. Today was their first day offering sandwiches, so we ordered a chicken panini with a side of red potato salad and a chicken salad on a croissant with a side of pasta salad. We also ordered café mochas. The coffee was rich with a perfect layer of frothy goodness on top. The sandwiches and sides were utterly delicious; there’s NOTHING else in Dallas that offers a similiar lunch menu.
Pressed is an excellent and needed addition to downtown and is exactly the kind of business that we hope to see more of in our little town. The staff was wonderfully warm and attentive, the ambiance was wonderful, and the food was simple and delicious. Can’t wait to visit again for their live music and wine tasting.

This is our second time here since they opened about a week ago. It is by far the best coffee and best experience in town.
The girls are friendly and make sure you are satisfied with what you ordered. Even brought us samples of the white coffee.
Have not tried the food yet but it sounds like heaven.
We love this place, it is exactly what Dallas needs!
