Atmosphere — 5 Service — 5 Food — 5 Value — 5 The service was incredible from the hostess to the waiter. We quickly received our water and heard about the specials. We started off with the nachos and fondue… They were incredible. The waiter mentioned that the cheese was the same on both items; however we chose to stay the course… I’m glad we did… The smoked goat cheese was incredible… Who knew goats smoked… Lol We ordered the shrimp Poy Boy and Gyro to split. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the lamb for the Gyro was house made. Kudos to the chef. They have a great patio and incredible atmosphere, which reminds me of dining in my backyard around the trees. I will definitely go back again and again, as long as the food is great and people continue to stay friendly. Thank You PHG!!!

Terrible service but has good food. The last time we were in, we ordered wings as an appetizer. Liking them so much, we asked if we could order them in bulk and get a different price. In fairness, the waiter said he didn’t know, but they could likely help us out the next time we came in. Before we left that evening, there was a young couple seated next to us who waited a good 5 to 10 minutes before a waiter showed up. This should have been a sign. Today, January 30th, 2016 around 6pm, we attempted to order multiple orders of wings from a bartender who immediately gave us attitude when we asked — adding her two cents: «this isn’t Wingstop». When we reiterated our story above, she fetched her General Manager and was promptly done with us. The general manager apologized, but said no. He had no offer to keep our business, or make any compromise. He just looked down at his feet instead of making eye contact. In the end, the experience wasn’t about the fact they said no, but that we felt insulted for asking to begin with.

If this review was based solely on the food, I would have given it 10 stars! We went for NYE and it wasn’t too busy. Great little place. We ordered the quail appetizer, which my husband loved(I’m not a huge fan of bird on the bone). And ordered the goat cheese fondue. So. Good. I refrained from acting like a major pig in front of our friends and just had a few pieces of bread with cheese. But seriously could have eaten the entire thing alone! I ordered the scallops, which came with butternut squash risotto. My husband ordered a steak and we decided to get the Mac and cheese to split. I literally ate until I was miserable. I was worried I wouldn’t like the risotto. But I absolutely loved it! The sauce it was in was awesome and went so well with the scallops. But at the same time, the Mac and cheese was also delicious! I caught myself taking a bite of one, then the other, and so forth. I was completely stuffed but it was all so good I just didn’t want to stop! I can’t tell you what the other people at our table had for dinner, because once my food came out I don’t think I looked up once. Sorry! As for the missing last star… Our service left much to be desired. Understandably, it was NYE. But the place wasn’t even crowded for a regular weekend night. But on multiple occasions, my husband had to yell(something we would NEVER do) at our waiter to get his attention. After we placed our orders, he walked by multiple times without so much as a glance in our direction. We had empty glasses all over the table! You would have thought we were invisible! I tried to wave him down a couple of times as he walked by, but he was so out of it that he didn’t even see me at all. That led to the need for my husband to yell out«Sir!» the next time he walked by. Nevertheless, we’ll be back for more. Hopefully more food and less bad service. See you soon PHG!

It he humus appetizer was delicious. It came with grilled pita bread and fresh veggies. For lunch I got the chicken sandwich. I liked how thin the chicken was and the house salad accompanied it. Salad is simple just lettuce tomatoes and cucumbers. House dressing is a must!

I have never had a bad meal here! Flank steak with chimichurri or tuna tartar even the burger– all fantastic! Staff is super accommodating — perfect neighborhood spot for a quick drink and app at the bar or low key dinner

We dined here after our planned place was closed. Great ambience. Nachos were hot and stacked high. Wonderful. I had the special, braised brisket tacos. They were unique and delicious. Highly recommend. Gave use Doublemint hum pack with our check.

As you can read from previous reviews I LOVE to give reviews of great places. But after giving a place multiple times to redeem itself I must let others know that this place is seriously in need of better management! Just left PHG after an out of body experience of Crap service. We live in the Bluffview area and eat in this center regularly so we are quite familiar with the service and food. But this experience has certainly topped it off. So we arrive(party of 4) on Friday at 550p. 6 tables filled within the entire restaurant and two hostesses on their cell phones. After standing for about 3 minutes they finally get the clue to seat us after asking how many… And taking a phone call in the middle of helping us. REDFLAG #1 So we get seated, and we wait… and wait… and wait. REDFLAG #2. I actually saw my husband going more bald by the minute and my 7 year old almost graduated from HS!!! No water. I really thought we were in the Sahara desert. In fact, we weren’t even greeted by the male waiter who walked and looked right at us 4 times as he filled glasses of other patrons. REDFLAG #3. So get this… After 20 minutes of waiting we decide to leave. We walk out and the two hostesses say«thank you! Come again!» REDFLAG #4. REALLY? Are you that dense? Clearly so. My hubby said no one came to the table and we walked out and they didn’t even try to say sorry or anything. The two girls just looked at each other in surprise… REDFLAG #5. So if you want multiple red flags before you eat and have to explain to two hostesses why you are leaving so early(even though they couldn’t remember) then go right ahead and spend your hard earned money there. Otherwise, just walk across the street to SUZE for you will definitely be noticed and greeted by ALL wait staff and the manager!

My Wife and I were excited to go out for a meal and we hit this place up. It was nice and quiet but they didn’t quite have the menu right and seemed to be a little over priced for the food you get. If you are paying 12 $ for nachos they better be amazingly crisp and awesome and Accurately described on the menu.

We have been here twice now. The service is impeccable. I respect any place where the management is out on the floor checking on the guests. These guys are on top of it. The food is terrific. We have had the tuna tartare and the crab cakes. Both were excellent. For dinner we’ve tried the chicken sandwich and the gyro wrap. Both of those were very good also. The BEST by far are the ribs that are only available Saturday nights. They quite literally fall off the bone. They have a terrific flavor and come with a great BBQ sauce. The Mac n Cheese isn’t too shabby either. As far as deserts go, our fav is the chocolate molten desert. It’s terrific.

What a disappointment. I was disappointed with the $ 12 nachos with hard chips and soggy chicken. A burger for $ 14? Nope, not good enough. Seems like they are understaffed and not quite keeping up with their tables. We sat outside, and it was nice because of the weather, and because it was quiet. But a wee bit of music would have helped cover up the conversations happening to the left of me and the right of me. Watched two ladies walk onto the side patio, and plunk themselves down at a table, oblivious to the long wait. Well, the wait won’t be long for long, unless this restaurant gets its act together. They have four beer taps: two IPAs, a lager and a saison. If they were keeping up with beer, they’d know it’s time for Octoberfests. $ 7 for a draft beer. Not going back.

Exactly what this neighborhood needed. Ambiance is nice. Food is delicious. Staff is attentive. Everything that I’ve ordered is yummy and not terribly overpriced. Chicken sandwich is especially good. Nachos are also great. Be sure to save room for the snickerdoodle cookie ice cream sandwich dessert. Wonderful.

Glad to have it in the hood. Menu seemed a little limited. However, If you do few things but do them well, it is worth it. I had the trout and they were kind enough to let me put it on the garlic mashed potatoes instead of whatever was on the menu that I did not care for. It was very good. My friend had chicken which she said was incredible. I had an Oregon Pinot that was really good. The waiter also suggested the fish tacos. I will be back to try them. Still really bummed that Balls had to be chased out because the strip center wanted more money for the space. At least that is what I read on the internet. Hard to find old fashioned good places for inexpensive burgers but progress goes on… Don’t let it deter you from checking this place out. Not worth driving across town for but if you live close, it is worth it. I think you will be pleased.

Love location and ambiance in general, but bad music. Caesar Salad was marginal, old boxed croutons, bottled dressing, poor wine list, you can get the Patz n Hall Pinot at RD, for $ 20 less per bottle. Burger w bacon and avocado looks delicious, but has fake cheese on it. But the burger tastes like the old Balls grill. French fries are awesome. Fish n chips was basic frozen crap. Probably won’t go back, too many other options Too bad, great location and patio. They need to step it up

Giving 4 stars because my husband and I just stopped in, by chance, and had apps and a couple of drinks. Atmosphere was lovely, clean, and I honestly would not have guessed they have been open only 3 weeks! Everything ran smoothly, food came quickly and Garret our server was knowledgable and friendly. We had the : tartar– delicious! Small portion though Garlic hummus — the bread was perfect, and the hummus was not too over the top. It also came worth pickled carrots, beans and peppers. Watermelon salad– fresh but nothing to write home about. And last but not least, the shrimp tacos. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Seasoned and cooked perfectly with immense flavor! And those fries? I had to have them taken away from me before I gobbled them all up. We will be back to try the entrees so I can give it the 5 stars I know it deserves.

Preston Hollow Grill(PHG) is now open and is providing the neighborhood with exactly what it has been missing! The food is delicious, the drinks are on point. The service is fantastic and the huge custom patio is just where you want to relax with a glass of wine after a long day.
