Outstanding staff and a very comfortable environment! I’m a very fearful/​nervous patient and they put me at ease right away. Through exam and set a game plan for my dental care, got me scheduled with the specialist right away. I felt that the cost was beyond fair and the work/​professionalism is above average. Very happy/​satisfied customer for a long long time to come!

I think the people of friendly, that doesnt do any good for your wallet.
I was charged $ 75 for hygiene instructions. This place is super expensive. I will not go back. I am not sure if they did a good job with cleaning. Not recommended.
Even with insurance I paid around $ 100 for just cleaning.

I have sensitivity in a tooth that didn’t have it before having work done at this office. My bite was off for two months after going back to them twice to make sure it was correct. It was finally fixed at a different dentist. They missed a cavity that they should have seen had the x-​rays been properly done. This was discovered by the other dentist who fixed my bite. I paid a fortune for the work I had done, all the while being told I was getting a deal. The supposed warranty for a crown that this office told me would be good for other states is not, so even though I have an issue with one of the teeth that is supposed to be under warranty for 5 years, it’s not unless I go back to the dentist who did it incorrectly in the first place. Awful experience.

Let me start off by saying I hate the dentist and because of this I was extremely surprised by my visit. The staff is very friendly and the insurance coordinator is extraordinarily helpful. The doc is a a friendly guy that makes you feel really comfortable. Also, I didn’t need it but they offer same day service on a lot of procedures that used to require multiple visits. All in all I was very impressed and satisfied when I left.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked all the ladies up front were helpful and friendly. I thought my insurance covered all I needed, but of course it was useless! But the front desk gave me a bunch of options to take care of my needs. My son and I both got xrays, exam & cleaning. He said it was the best cleaning he ever got & I have to agree. The hygienist Ellie was so polite, gentle & thorough. Dr Duraini even had him laughing during the exam! I don’t know about you, but I’ve never heard a child laugh at the dentist. No cavities for him, but I needed a root canal and crown. The assistant Nick gave me a blanket and offered a movie. Nick & Dr Duraini both kept asking if I was okay. My old dentist just used to tell me keep still & that «must be numb», even when I wasn’t! The best part was they used a special camera to make my PERMANENT crown & I was done with xrays, exams, cleaning, a root canal and had my permanent crown done in 3 hours! I don’t have to come back for 6 months for a check up. These guys ROCK!

I bought a group on or living social deal for this place. I just needed a cleaning since I didn’t have dental insurance for a bit since I was being added to my husbands. I called in March and made an appointment for July (that was the first they had available on a Friday). I received an email reminder a week before confirming my appointment. I went there that day and they said that they had do Dentists in the office that day. I was mad since I had been stalling for over an hour after I got off work. I did get over it though and the one lady I talked to was nice… She rescheduled me.
I went back for my new appointment and the staff was not friendly at all. The only guy that was friendly was the guy that took my x-​rays, which took forever. I have never seen a dentist take 25+ pics plus a panaramic view pic with actual pics of my teeth from a little camera stick.
When I met my dentist, Micole Schwartz, she was nice. Then she told me I had 4 cavities and one needed a root canal/​crown. I had already had the tooth filled years ago. I knew this was crazy since I go to the dentist regularly. Dr. Schwartz then started my cleaning and right in the middle the office manager came in to interrupt and show me what the charges were going to be to get these 4 cavities filled. Then they tried to get me to sign up to get some kind of varnish on my teeth. The whole thing was just unprofessional… I did get my teeth cleaned more after she left when I told her I was not interested in any of these services. When I left, my teeth didn’t even feel half as clean as a normally do at other offices.
I went back to my regular dentist after this and he told me I need one filling. This is exactly why people shouldn’t go to a place promoting a cheap special… they just want to get you in there to tell you need all this work down so that they make money.

This is a great dentist I recently found — wonderful, personable & professional staff. State-​of-​the-​art equipment. Extremely high quality dental service was just what I wanted & needed. Dr. Duraini & his assistant Aimee were really wonderful people to work with. They went out of their way to cover all the bases — X-​ray and photograph all the teeth & potential problem areas. I appreciated the time spent coaching & helping me do a better job of caring for my teeth. I had xrays, teeth cleaned & polished with great care. Also, I was given a whitening kit with clear instructions. Unlike some other places, they didn’t try to take advantage & sell extra stuff or scare me into thinking my teeth might fall out — in fact, they did more than necessary & gave me a great deal & clean bill of dental health. I got amazing care from friendly people and would absolutely go back and recommend it to all my friends.

Preston Modern Dentistry should be shut down and sued for malpractice!
DON’T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! It is an absolute chop shop!!!
Find another dentist and run far away from this horrible and INCOMPETENT office!
I went in with a Groupon for x-​rays and a cleaning. I was told that I needed a crown to repair some damage to an upper level molar cause by (so they said) poor dental work from childhood. The dentist is a young woman that talks like a 16 yr old girl and makes her recommendations feel more like a hustled sale, rather than real medical advice, but this place originally had good reviews, so I trusted her. FIVE hours later, I finally leave with a temporary crown, and was told to come back when the lab finished with my permanent crown.
I go back yesterday to find out that the lab made the crown incorrectly but instead of immediately sending it back or saying that it wasn’t correct, the dentist actually suggested shaving the adjacent tooth to make it fit. Who in their right mind, in ANY area of healthcare, would EVER think that damaging another tooth to put a poorly made crown in was a good idea!!! It is not good faith medicine or dental care to change the mouth to fit the crown. The scariest part was that the dentist was honestly trying to convince me that this was a good idea because it was «only a little adjustment to the bottom tooth and it will save you time.» ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Then they finally say that they will send the crown back to the lab to have it re-​made at no extra cost to me, as though she’s cutting me a big break by not charging me to have this thing done correctly. Then the patient liaison comes in and says that they are going to refund $ 150 of the price of the crown and give me Boost teeth whitening for free to compensate me for my time. I agree because I thought they were really trying to apologize for the unfortunate situation.
The dentist then tells me that they are going to take digital images of the tooth and area to ensure a better fit because the regular molds they previously used were difficult to work with and «left room for error.» So they start the ENTIRE crown process over again and I had to ask three times to be numbed because they didn’t do that right either, and I could still feel everything. In addition to more drilling, they perform a procedure called «packing the cord,» which entails the hygienist shoving floss-​like string between the tooth and the gum to make a space. This is done (so I’m told) so that the molds will show how the crown fits against the gum line and will make for a proper and secure fit of the permanent crown. Two different pieces of cord are shoved in this space with a very sharp object to create the space necessary for the molds. They are supposed to remove all materials from the mouth after this is completed, but they didn’t. I saw the hygienist take the first piece out before the start of the digital images however I didn’t see her remove the second cord. I asked the aid if the second was removed before they trying to fit the old temporary crown back on and she rudely said that she was looking at it on the tray and that it was out. I was at dinner later that evening and felt something in my mouth. It was the second cord!!! They just left materials in my mouth with no regard or attention to anything related to my procedure!
I am terrified to go back to this office to have the permanent crown put in place. I am looking for a new dentist to fix the disaster they caused. God only knows what they’ll screw up next time! Do yourself a favor a keep scrolling through the yellow pages for a different dentist!

I had gone to this company in another location to get my wisdom teeth removed, but because it was far from where I lived and worked, I decided to come to the Preston location for a teeth cleaning. Upon arrival, because I was considered a new patient at this location, I had to have all my exams taken again which took about 45 minutes. After the exam, the dentist came in to give me a consultation on my teeth and suggested work that I should have done. Knowing that I needed an inlay on one of my teeth, I disregarded the information which I was already aware of from the exams from the previous location three weeks before, and still waited for my teeth cleaning service. After asking the dentist and the person who took my exams when I was going to get my teeth cleaned, they both answered as if they had no idea I was supposed to get my teeth cleaned. At this point I became very annoyed because that was the whole point of setting up this appointment! No one in the office could give me a straight answer when I asked if I was going to get my teeth cleaned. After waiting an hour later in the dentist chair, responding to work emails on my laptop (because yes I had that much time pass me) the dentist finally did my cleaning. Hallelujia.
Because I was in the office for almost three hours, which was taking time away from work, the benefits coordinator offered me a free teeth whitening service for another time. I can’t say this made me any happier that day, but what the hell, I’m not going to say no to a free $ 295 service. Needless to say I was very disappointed with my experience.
I will say once I arrived for my teeth whitening service the next week, Aimee Robinson took great care of me and did an excellent job on my teeth. Kudos.
Will I come back to this location again? Nope. Thanks, but I guess I’ll be driving 20 miles out of my way to Mckinney where I had a way better experience.

For a dentists office, this place is incredible. The technology that they have is amazing.
Even better than that is the staff. Dr. Duraini heard from my conversation with the assistant that was from Philly, and enjoyed dogging each others football teams to the point that a lot of the staff were involved in the conversation. Incredible staff, very friendly, and extremely helpful.
They had an emergency right before mine with another client, so I only got in ten minutes after my scheduled time. For me, getting in ten minutes late is incredible, compared to most doctors offices, but the staff was so apologetic of not getting me in on time.
The hygienist, Ellie, also does a great job in getting the teeth cleaned. Very engaging in conversation, kept my attention away from the cleaning that was happening.
I’d highly recommend this place. Glad that they had the offer on Groupon, so that I could meet them. Another thing impressed me about this place, Dr. Duraini told me that all the proceeds that they earned from the Groupon sales went to helping provide clean water and building wells in different parts of the world. There is even a information booth in the lobby that explains how they are invested in this project.

I had a great experience here yesterday. I called around 8:15 am to see if they had any openings, as I had some awful pain in an old filling over the weekend. Half an hour later, I was getting x-​rays done! They managed to squeeze me in right away.
Everyone I talked to was very kind; going to the dentist isn’t my idea of a good time, but all of the staff was focused on making patients feel comfortable. The benefits counsellor was outstanding. I was perfectly clear on my choices, what was covered and what the bill would be when I left. The office is very technologically advanced.
I won’t say that getting a root canal was sunshine and puppies, but Dr. Duraini was VERY focused on minimizing my discomfort. Afterwards, all I needed were a couple Advil and I went on about my day like nothing had happened. He kept me informed of everything they were doing as they were doing it, which really helped me feel less anxious about the whole thing.
The fact that I walked in at 8:45 with a painful, tender and enormous old filling and walked out just shy of 1 PM with a new, permanent crown is practically miraculous. They did an awesome job, I had no idea how much I’d been babying that filling along until now! I’ll be back for a cleaning in a few weeks.

I will keep this professional and truthful, unlike the service I received at this establishment. This past week I went in for the $ 40 deal (x-​rays, consult, and cleaning). Let me first say that you should not be blinded by the high tech equipment they have, this is what they are hoping for. Take a moment to look deeper at the «car salesman» approach that they have. The girl who did my x-​rays was very nice; however upon asking her how long she had been «doing this» this she said 7 months, and thus my follow up question was, «what did you do before this?», and what do you know, she was in sales. This didn’t bring alarm until she tried to sell me their teeth whitening system while bashing Zoom. Then to the dentist, nice guy, but didn’t ever get the feeling that he really knew what he was talking about. Mind you, no hygienist had seen me at this point. He showed me where there were «problems» that needed to be fixed. I was questioning this because I have had no pain or «problems» over the past year. All the while the x-​ray technician had interrupted him twice with a piece of paper asking things in «dentist code». Very unprofessional if you ask me. Let the guy talk to me and when he is finished you can ask your question. Come to find out later she was hurrying to get the paperwork up front to the office administrator. Why you ask? Well… now in comes the office administrator and stands over the dentist while he is finishing his chat with me. Chat is right. He was more interested in telling me about personal things than my teeth. As he left, she slid into his seat with a print out of all the things that I needed to have done. Just like the finance manager at a car dealership. She quickly detailed that I needed to have a special cleaning. When I asked if they would have time to do it, as I had taken off work, and was not hoping to have to make a second appointment for just this, she said that their hygienist is only in on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and I believe she also said Thursdays. The point being that I was in the office on a Monday for the $ 40 deal, and they had no intention of the teeth cleaning happening. At this point I realized that I had been played. So I the. Ask her how much everything will cost with my insurance in place and she tells me that I don’t have dental insurance. This is a complete lie. I gave her m card when I came into the office. She said that she called the insurance company and they said m policy ended in April of 2010. The problem is that I didn’t even start my job until August of 2010, so there is no way her story matches up. I told her to look into it more. She agreed she would call the insurance company the next day (Tuesday) and get back to me. It is now Thursday afternoon and there has not been one call or email from them. As you can see, this establishment is not very professional, and I would be leery of going there.
As well, the location in Forney tried to swindle my wife on her second visit for more money than they had quoted her on her first visit.
If you read below, you will see how they have convinced someone to have their wisdom teeth removed when they didn’t even want to.

Great staff and state of the art equipment makes this place and enjoyable break from work.
