I ordered two keyboard covers from them that are hard to find elsewhere. They charged me $ 10.95 for Shipping and Handling.
After waiting over a week, they claimed that my covers were send out on May 5, 2014. I finally got my keyboard covers on May 16, 2014. In tracing the UPS log, R-​Cubed sent out the package on May 12, 2014 and not May 5, 2014 as I was told.
I am happy with the keyboard covers but I am not happy being charged $ 10.95 for their lateness. It appears to me someone at R-​Cubed dropped the ball.
