As an Oakcliff resident, I have a plethora of dives from which I can get my fried catfish fix. Ronnie’s is my joint of choice. I call in my order and it’s ready for pickup in 15 — 20 minutes. On rare occasions it may taste a little off (not the seasoning — the fish itself), but usually it’s spot on. I love it so much that I have to monitor my visits (fried food gauge). I hit them up about once every 2 weeks. It’s not fancy, and don’t go looking around to much — just be on your best southern behavior — pickup your food and get the heck out of Dodge

This my first time in eight years since I’ve eaten here, and they’re catfish nuggets are still good. Call in your order because they can get very busy. They only except cash.
