This is a greasy spoon. It’s pretty good and reliable. I haven’t had anything here that I didn’t like. Most of the people here are regulars from the neighborhood which is pretty cool. They even sale lotto tickets.

I definitely should have come here much sooner. This place is pretty freaking good! Prices are very low, and food quality is high… perfect ! I had the corned beef hash & eggs with home fries, over medium eggs, grits, and biscuits. The eggs came out over easy instead of medium, but I’m ok with that because I like both. Hash is from a can, but at these prices I’m not complaining. plus I like canned hash. Biscuits were huge and fluffy! All this for $ 8…hell ya! Good spot and breakfast served all day till they close at 3pm. Single guys: sit at the counter instead of the booths. You’re welcome.

Love their French Toast. The pancakes are great also. As far as service they were very attentive and the food was out within 7 minutes. Much better breakfast than Ihop /Dennys. I was hesitant to go in but it was worth it.

The food is good. One of my favorites is the French toast. Also the chicken sandwich is not bad at all. The staff is really nice and always checking to see if everything is going okay. And they sell lottery tickets!

Service was awful. I waited 40 mins for the food I ordered and they weren’t busy at all. While I was waiting three of the wait staff took there lunch break. Rosie’s is an OLD dinner of the quality of most Waffle Houses out there. The only reason it’ll get two stars is because when I finally got my food it wasn’t half bad. I’ve had better but by no means the worst out there.
