I eat schlotzkis all the time. This location has not impressed me to say the least. Drive thru took about 15 mins for two sandwiches. Also, they don’t do combos anymore? You might as well tell me your ripping me off… This is my 2nd review at a Schlotzkis, and neither of them were good.

I have been going to this restaurant for over three years. I stopped going regularly in the past two. But every time I go there are some things that are still consistent: Terrible customer service. Employees lack fundamental people skills, in general, much less any kind of manners. Some of them have half a brain and don’t know how to even take any order. Expect to be ignored and given attitude. The manager — butch lesbian — should be fired. The owner of this store should rehire and train capable and friendly employees. I only ever order sandwiches and soup and they’re good, but I can say without a doubt I won’t be going here for at least another year in hopes that someone has hired new people. I will take my business elsewhere!

If you really have to go, only order sandwiches. We went during a busy lunch hour, ordered a full pasta and a personal pizza. They actually forgot about us, and we waited nearly an hour for our food. It was not worth the wait!!! The pizza was ok, but not any better than anywhere else. The pasta was disgusting. Very rubbery and dry, it was obviously microwaved. It came in two little plastic containers, obviously previously packaged and just heated up! It was a single order of pasta, but they put it in two containers? Why?!

This is my first visit to this location and frankly I’m surprised by all the poor reviews. I came here on my lunch hour and ordered the pick two with soup and a half sandwich. The staff was friendly & the food came out quickly. I like the indoor ambience. They have outdoor seating as well.

Terrible! Waited 30 minutes for a salad that I never got because I had to leave to make an appointment. Talked to the manager after 15 minutes of waiting and finally got someone to start making it… 15 minutes later he’s still not done and I had to leave. NEVER order a salad from a sandwich place.

My daughter and I tried the drive through twice in the last few weeks and will not ever go to this location again. The food was fine but I don’t appreciate being made to feel stupid or like I’m a bother. There are far too many places to choose that have much better customer service! And, who doesn’t know to put napkins in the to go bag? That happened both times! I worked fast food starting out and napkins were a given. If you don’t care about customers, don’t expect to have any!

First time here, and definitely the last. My sister loves Schlotzsky’s sandwiches and is persistent on going to get one. So we went to the nearest one from our house. When we walked in the place seemed well put together, clean. But the biggest problem I had with this particular location was the service. Normally I’m pretty understanding when it comes to service(after working 4+ years in the restaurant industry) but this was absolutely absurd. The lady in the front who took our orders seemed like she really didn’t want to be there, which I totally understand. My sister and I were very polite and respectful but she was making ordering difficult. I wasn’t very hungry and wanted a kids meal(in EVERY single other Schlotzsky’s that I’ve ever been to they allow me to get a kids meal) but she did not let me order it unless I was ordering Togo and not eating it there. Okay, understandable. I then proceeded to look at the menu to reconsider my options, she rolls her eyes. Cool. My sister discovers this deal that all the Schlotzsky’s are having where if you download the app and get a free sub, so we did that, she was pissed. My sister gets the Albuquerque turkey and me the original. Out of curiosity my sister asks about their 2 for one deal and she gives a vague, annoyed answer. So we sit and wait. Wait was not long,(I’d give them that) and the food is what a Schlotzsky’s sandwhich should be, good, fair. After, my sister wants me to download the app and get another sandwich(I didn’t want to encounter her again, but my sister was persistent) then I downloaded and I went up to the cash register and asked if I could get the deal, she said I had to purchase some thing. Okay, I wanted the cake and she said in a very frustrated tone«so you want the original or what.» Okay. She then goes and talks to her coworker about something that seemed to be me(they have an open kitchen and I can see everything). After she finishes the sandwich she almost tosses it on the counter and says loudly and rudely«here». I send my sister to get it, and that was the moment I decided to rate this place one star. My whole experience here was terrible due to their staff. I would not recommend anyone to come here unless you’re going through drive thru or taking Togo. The least staff contact, the better.

I really don’t understand how this place is still alive and well in Texas when it closed decades ago in other states. I didn’t know they still existed, but I do believe this deli is only open because they serve Cinnabons. The sandwiches are hard and boring on weird shaped buns and have no flavor. The Cinnabons aren’t real Cinnabons, they’ve been sitting out all day, but I’ll take one anyway if that’s the closest I can get. Forget the real food, just go for the sweets.

Worst customer service ever!!! Do not go here. Waited over 25 minutes in drive thru with no information shared as to why there was such a delay. The manager on duty, Shay, was rude and unapologetic.

Pass on this location. Employees were arguing with each other in the middle of the restaurant and ignoring customers. None of them will make eye contact with you in fear they might have to actually talk to you. Food is mediocre.

How anyone can choose this over Jason’s, McAllister’s, Corner Bakery or even Panera I have no idea. The bread is terrible, the lunch meat is like going to a Subway and the overall experience is a letdown. Tried this place twice because it’s close to my nephew’s school and was very disappointed. Two steps down from the above mentioned spots. If you like Subway, you’ll probably like this place.

Always enjoy Schlotskys. Stopped in at this location on way to the movie last night. I got the small turkey sandwich. It was a good Schlotskys sandwich. The only problem with this location was that when I asked what was different about the«Muffalotza», the counter person couldn’t tell me what is was. I think it’s a new sandwich item with a Louisiana flavor? Anyway, the manager obviously hadn’t taken the time to educate his counter staff on the menu items. Bad form.

Terrible salad. Apples were old and brown and in HUGE pieces, and chicken was disgusting. Won’t go back.

I am a fan. I think I forget about Schlotzskys at times but it is a good lunch place. The food seems a little more flavorful and hearty than other sandwich places. I am also a big fan of their pizza. It is a good little pizza that is cooked to order but made quickly and is inexpensive. The pizza crust is different than most pizza crusts. It is a different kind of bread that is a little thicker. I like it. Most folks get their Original sandwich which is a good all around choice.
