This used to be a «green» cleaner run by Asians, but they’ve changed management. I dropped off several items, all of which were done horribly and damaged! 1) Some cloth dinner napkins were returned with stains still in them, with no notice that they couldn’t get the stains out. I had asked that they be hung on hangers with safety pins. COMMONSENSE would dictate that the pins be placed at the corners, where they wouldn’t make holes that show or cause damage. Instead, they hung them so the napkins now have big holes in them from the pins! 2) A silk Burberry scarf got the same treatment! A large hole in it from the safety pin! This really broke my heart; my favorite scarf! 3) A silk blazer from Neiman’s was also returned with the stain still in it. In addition, there were large threads that had been torn away, and the blazer appeared to have been put through a shredder! 4) I had ordered no tissue, but the blazer had tissue. 5) The woman who took the order was extremely rude, as well as unapologetic when I picked up the order.

I’ve been using these folks for my dry cleaning weekly for the past six months or so. I’ve had no issues with their costs being anything but what is advertised. The dry cleaning is great. Solid quality. I love the turn around time. If you drop off by 9 am, your dry cleaning can be picked up at 5pm on the same day. The ladies are nice who work in the cleaners & know me by name now. Good local spot.

They’ll take you for a ride if you take your clothes to these people. Why? Because despite the multiple curb signs and window signs advertising their low prices, when it all gets rung up, they’ve added two different mystery fees that they can’t defend with a straight face. It’s a shame, too, because they’re the closest cleaners to where I live. I go out of my way to avoid the shamelessness of their hidden surcharges. Aside from that, the one time I used them, the clothes came back fine, on time and with no issues.
