I love love love this place, if it’s just a battery in a watch, fitting a watch band or having a custom piece of jewelry designed and finished this is definitely the jewelry store for me. Their work is beautiful affordable timely. and the staff is awesome. I recently had to have a battery in a watch and my friend in Frisco paid $ 50 for the same watch battey I got for. $ 10. Awesome job guys

I love this place. I live in the neighborhood and have gone in several times for minor repairs and watch batteries. I can recall twice I’ve gone in and they didn’t charge me for battery installation. They are nice and very helpful. They always have a nice assortment of beautiful jewelry!

Very nice jewelry at an affordable price. I’m a Tiffany’s girl myself, but I still wear the high quality jewelry from here too! Great at fixing watches and resizing things also.

BEWARE!!!
I brought in my Tiffany’s necklace that was 16″ when I brought in, it only needed to be sautered. Somehow, after I picked it up, it grew to 19″. I even have the original receipt saying that it is 16″. I called the owner to tell her and she was rude and insisted on talking over me. Please please, I urge you not to take any jewelry in here to be fixed. I should have just gone to Tiffany’s to fix it but Sergio’s was close and more convenient. I have MANY family members that frequent this store but will not from this point forward. Keep your jewelry safe!

Poor service. Went there today to get a watch battery replaced. Took a number (as the sign at the door instructed) and waited for 10 minutes, while they made eye contact with me, chose to ignore me, and helped the two people who came in behind me. I told the third person who came in good luck getting served.

I can’t say enough how pleased I am that Sergio is my jeweler! He created my engagement ring by combining an existing ring with a stone we already had. He even thoughtfully made a pendant from the center of the original ring for my niece, who now treasures this pendant reminding her of our own special bond! While I purchased my wedding band from his helpful staff, he designed my husband’s wedding band from a family heirloom. Sergio’s our hero!
You can bet we’ll be driving to Sergio for all our jewelry needs long after we leave the neighborhood!

I live close by and a friend said this place was great… so I dropped in to have a ring fixed. They did some great service, the guy was super honest with me and the price was totally reasonable. I’ll be back to buy me that ring I was eyeballin… they have some nice pieces behind the glass… go in, look… you know you wanna.

Sergio and his staff are everything a great locally-​owned business ought to be: knowledgeable, very skilled, well-​stocked, and great prices. I’ve done a lot of watch-​repairs and ring-​resizing here, as well as finding some great gifts for my wife and daughter. Such a refreshing change from impersonal and expensive «mall stores»
