ST Limo Service

I have used Sunny’s service on 3 trips to DFW this year, and he is a 5 STAR every time! I kept his phone number on my phone, and just texted him a day before my trip. He confirmed with a text message within a minute, and then showed up right on time (early) to pick me up. No hassle whatsoever. The price is very reasonable. BTW, since I had an early morning arrival at DFW this time, he even offered to stop by Starbucks on the way to my office. Excellent service!

So good so far…
I travel every week and have used 3 limo services before, had to switch one after the other because they were unable to provide the very least expectations (fall sleep on Monday pick up, dirty towncars, late for airport pick up, etc)
Sunny and ST limo have been great so far, always on time, spotless cars, bottle of water, etc; on return trip I just text flight number and they monitor arrival time, gate, etc…

Well well well! I have found a gem! I had to fly out for business. I looked on Unilocal and found outstanding reviews for Sunny and his staff! I called the night before and he was able go accommodate me!
The day of pick up Dallas had horrible weather (rain)… Sunny was ON TIME picking me up! I was relieved! We had traffic and he took an alternate route to get me to the airport safely.
Oh and one more thing… He was very professional and his cars were clean and smelled great! I ride in cabs a lot and some smell horrible. Worry no more! If you want a prompt and friendly service with a clean car then ST Limo Service! Thank you Sunny!

My husband and I have both used Sunny for trips to and from DFW and Love Field. He always arrives early to pick us up. His car is very clean. He always has cold bottled water for us and the AC is cranking. Sunny is extremely friendly and professional as is the other driver Shaq. I would highly recommend this car service. We plan to use it for many years!

I’ve been using them for two years. Always on time, very flexible and friendly. Their cars are clean and quality. They’ve always been flexible as flights change or schedules change. Very affordable. When the ice storm hit Dallas, they were the only car service willing to brave the icy roads and pick me up.

We used this car service for a spring break vacation. Sunny was great! He was EARLY for a 6:30 am pick-​up and drop off to Love Field. Although he was early, he sent me a text to take our time. He was extremely friendly and personable. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the driver (wasn’t Sunny) who picked us up from the airport was late. However, he was extremely nice too. I am definitely going to use Sunny for all of our transportation needs in the future.

We had the misfortune of having to catch a flight at DFW airport in the middle of a snowstorm. We were worried that we might have to miss our flight because no taxi service was operating on the icy roads. But when we called Sunny, he agreed to pick us up immediately. In addition to his quick replies to all my texts, he arrived early, was extremely amiable and made sure we got to our destination safely and on time. I would definitely recommend Sunny’s service to everyone!

Sunny is a true professional and an asset to his industry. ST Taxi, Towncar & Limo Service is an equally slick and professional operation. Sunny provided great communication before, during and after services rendered. It seems he actively monitors and tracks flights as when the plane landed much earlier than the reserved time, he was there right on time.
I made arrangements for my wife and two kids. They said he was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They flew in to Dallas on an uncommonly snowy day. He said he had to cancel on a few of his reservations because the road conditions were becoming too dangerous, but he didn’t want to leave my wife and young kids stranded so he went ahead and picked them up still. Sadly, he was afraid the repercussions of this would be some bad reviews, but just to be fair; it was in the interest of safety.
So just glossing over the requisite reasons for selecting a taxi/​limo service: punctual, friendly, professional, clean vehicles, proactive communication, etc. But I believe his single, biggest, selling point is that he is a genuinely nice person. We will be looking him up next time we are travelling to Dallas!
