Just had my air ducts cleaned about a week ago and was very satisfied! The guys that came to my house were very professional and also really knowledgeable on how everything worked. They suggested a few additional things I should do to improve the air quality of my house it cost a little much but they seemed like honest men and I’m glad to say I’m breathing a lot better and my 2 yr old seems to be doing a lot better with allergies not coughing or sneezing hardly at all anymore. I’ve never had my air duct or vents cleaned since I moved in my house 13 years ago. Getting them cleaned was long due!
I called Air Duct Cleaning to set up an appointment for an estimate. Keep in mind that I know for fact my vents HAVE TO BE A COMPLETE MESS since I haven’t had it cleaned in over a decade. I put aside some funds to get this done as I expected it to be pricey — I even expected it to go over my budget.
I wasn’t home, but my parents were and this review is based on their account. Kevin and Adrian arrived approximately 1030am. They were very friendly and very professional. The estimate they gave was below my budget AND they even gave a senior citizen discount! (Thank you, parents!)
Since it’s within my budget, we decided to just let them do the job — luckily, they were available all day that day! They worked on my vents for approximately 6 hours like some serious pros! All that dirt and lint and who knows what else was in there FINALLY gone!
They even made recommendations regarding replacing my old filter to a new (lifetime warranty) one for a great price! (The unit had to be ordered and won’t arrive for a few days.) When we asked about installation, Kevin advised it should be easy, and to call him should we be having trouble doing it.
Will recommend them to EVERYONE I know who needs this kind of service!

Since this is the first time doing Air Duct cleaning, I’ve done some research and wasn’t sure if I could find a satisfied services around the neighborhood. Used Air Duct Cleaning based on Unilocal ratings and the Unilocal coupon. Kevin and Adrian came out and did an extraordinary job. Even though we spent more than budgeted, we are very satisfied and impressed with their team work. I am planning to schedule dry vent cleaning services with them again in near future

Showed up an hour late. They cleaned my air ducts and told me there lots of dust and dirt but that the furnace and parts looked good. When I thought they had finished they immediately upsold their services. Since my furnace unit had not been cleaned, I agreed to have them clean it. When they were finished my entire unit would not come back on! After they tinkered with it for awhile, they called a «technician» out so they could leave. I don’t know who this person was! They showed up again later telling me that the transformer had blown because it was 7 years old. Oddly enough they replaced it without charging me. Later on that evening I noticed water on my floor. My furnace has been leaking from the attic since they left 5 days ago! They are «sending another technician» after saying that I could be responsible. Sometimes a Groupon just isn’t worth it!

They are horrible!!! I bought a groupon coupon for $ 49 to have my vents cleaned. They asked me to buy two coupons so that both furnace units can be cleaned. I bought another coupon from groupon and scheduled an appointment. They came 1 hr late which was kind of ok. I showed them the coupon, then they hooked up a suction machine to one vent. Left it running for 10 mins while they sat in their truck. They did the same with one vent upstairs for other furnace unit. I asked if they will use any brushes to clean in the creases and they said «no». Well the tubing they brought out to suck with was filthy and I told them that their hosing was filthy so it was obvious that the suction wasn’t doing anything. I asked about furnace inspection and the person said its dirty but we will not clean it and its not in the package. The coupon says «complete Air duct cleaning with furnace inspection.» I didn’t paid $ 100 to see their faces. what does «complete» means on the coupon? They didn’t do anything in furnace in the name of furnace inspection. I would recommend all people to stay away from these guys. They are horrible.

The technicians showed up hours late. They gave conflicting stories as to why they were late. They had dirty equipment and didn’t try to protect the house from any of it. They immediately tried to upsell. I decided that even if I lost money to the Living Social deal I had bought, it was better than having lying, misguiding people work in my house. Their voucher for «an entire house» only covered one unit??? What a scam!

Just had Yuval & Simon come through and clean the vents on my unit. These guys were professional, courteous and efficient. They came in, looked over the vents to be cleaned and then provided me with a list of additional options that were needed but not necessary. They weren’t pushy once I declined and went to work quickly. 30 mins later, I had 9 clean AC vents and one clean dryer vent. Would definitely hire them again and will keep their number handy for the future as they do carpet and sofa cleaning too!
