One reason I like this Starbucks location(a company store) is that it opens up super early, 5am. I wasn’t there that early today, but I was gravely disappointed in the service. Starbucks’ morning baked goods leave a lot to be desired, but one I like is the cranberry orange bun. This morning I ordered and paid for one to go with my grande cup of bold coffee. The guy behind the counter took forever to get it into the microwave and warm it up, and it sat there for a long time as he was instructed by a barista to find her a certain spoon, which he tried and tried but failed to do. I asked, «May I have my cranberry bun please?» But he continued to go into the back and search all around for a spoon to suit the barista. I, the customer, languished for probably 5 minutes, which was longer than I had, so I abandoned my purchased bun and departed. I won’t be back to that location. J.M.D., Dallas, Texas

Certainly one of my favorite not only Starbucks but coffee shops in Dallas. The baristas make a concerted effort to learn your name and often get to know you. Most of the workers here have been at this location for A couple of years. Friendly, helpful, and hard-working, the staff will help you find a drink to meet your taste. Yes, even for you in the plaid shorts, boatshoes, oversized glasses, striped polo, and enough cologne to make you feel you’re back in middle school… They will make your grande nonfat almond milk four and a half half pump with two sugars one Splenda light foam and extra whip latte. They might even do it with a smile!

Always fu. To go to Starbucks and love the fact the even though I was waiting in a line it did move and really didn’t seem that long of a wait. Clean and friendly staff and very efficient. Never get the wrong thing when I go. Case with food was displayed great and no flies were there. Store was clean and very up beat.

Not my fave Starbucks but I love how they renovated it. I’ve had them screw up my drinks a few times and even most of the time it doesn’t taste right. The last time I went the guy snickered at me when I placed my order. He said«Thats funny, you order a special drink then only get a tall. A lot of people around here do that.» I was taken aback… seriously? He was making fun of my order?! I could’ve been rude back and asked why a man over 50 is working as a barista at Starbucks, shouldn’t he be more accomplished by now? Instead I told him that I can’t drink all of a grande, I don’t drink that much. I think he noticed I got offended and he was nice to me when he gave me my drink… yea, too late. I like the Starbucks on Hillcrest better by Snider Plaza. Jordan and everyone else there are always nice!

I stopped at Starbucks this morning to grab a cup ‘o joe before heading into work. My family and friends had given me quite a few gift cards, so I have been splurging lately. Again, I was blown away by the customer service at this specific location. As I was waiting for my latte(I tried the new caramel flan latte… good, but a little too sweet for my taste) the barista asked me how my day was going so far. We chatted back and forth and shared a few laughs and coffee addictions. It was nice seeing how much she liked her job and how friendly she was to the customers. To me, that makes all the difference. I will continue to support this Starbucks because of their fantastic employees.

Its a starbucks! What can I say? Its a great one! I used to study here alot and thankfully they have upgraded it to make it easier for that purpose. The people are very friendly but there is usually a line so just be prepared as it is right next to campus and on the way to work for a lot of people.

Service is great and it is in a strip center… so parking is mostly easy… just do not whip in and out around and about… some crazies trying to get back to richville a few blocks over do not care that you exist… so just watch out. They have a few tables on the side walk. Restrooms are clean. Baristas are chill. Plenty of tables inside. Seems to always be clean when I need a table.

As far as starbucks go, this one is my favorite in Dallas. I’m probably a bit biased, because I used to live in the neighborhood, would stop here on my way to work, and have always come out with my morning started right. I like this location because they know how to handle the morning rush. It’s easy to park, order a drink, and get your drink all under 7 minutes. The staff is very friendly as well. When i lived here, after a dozen visits, they remembered my name and drink, and honestly that is a little special feeling. It made me sad to move out of the neighborhood because I couldn’t come to this starbucks anymore.

I have been a big Starbucks fan for years but I think it may be losing its luster for me. It could just be the thousand degree temperatures outside make coffee a less appealing option and I have never really gotten into the iced coffees. I like the centralized location of this store in the North Dallas /Park Cities area. I feel like it is a good meeting place for a wide range of areas but something about it isn’t as welcoming and friendly feeling as a few of their other nearby locations. It does seem to be easier to get a seat at this location then at West Village or Knox or Greenville. Now that I think about it there are a shocking number of Starbucks in a really close area.

This is a good Starbucks. It is easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking as opposed to some other Starbucks around town. It does not have a drive through but I would prefer to go inside as long as it isn’t an ordeal. They also don’t mess up your order there or at least haven’t messed up mine to date. I usually get a black drip coffee which is obviously hard to mess up but when I order anything else they are on the ball. I am somewhat of a coffee-aholic and would love to patronize some more independent coffee shops but the ones I know about are so inefficient that I end up at Starbucks all the time.

They said they ran out of raw sugar out front, then I hear them using it for their bar drinks when another customers requests it. Just not right. Just not right.

This is a decent location near SMU that has a few comfy chairs and a speedier staff.

Frat boy and Sorority girl paradise. Located next to the SMU campus, this Starbucks is connected to the Barnes and Noble bookstore. There are not many outdoor seats in this extremely busy, somewhat chaotic location. I would rather just drive a few miles more to the location at the Highland Park village.
