Normally I wouldn’t review a Starbucks but this one is great. Yes parking is a beast, but go to the garage. The baristas are off the chain good! One guy makes the best drinks I have ever had at a Starbucks. They are friendly too, which may be a surprise seeing as how this area is oozing with hipster snobbishness x1000. Bathroom is clean too!

Service at Starbucks is always amazing, but this one takes the cake. The baristas are always upbeat and efficient, even when I ordered 10 gift cards and reusable cups for clients, with a line out the door at 9:30AM.(I know, I am the worst.) They were, and always are, great. Keep it up!

Probably my favorite Starbucks in the Dallas area. I work in the shopping center so I frequently visit this location. The customer service is wonderful and my drinks are always absolutely perfect. The staff goes out of their way to get to know me and they always greet me by name! I also noticed all of the employees seem very happy with their jobs and it means a lot to me when management treats their employees correctly! I honestly hate going to any other Starbucks!

Tried the new Red Velvet Frappuccino. It tasted like an early grave, in a good way. It was awesome, it’s what I’m saying. The staff was friendly and helpful, as usual. They always are. This Starbucks it’s in a very convenient location for me. I come here regularly and will definitely keep coming back.

Most of the baristas here are really nice and know how to treat customers, specially frequent ones.

The coffee is the coffee. But the employee was such a dick. We got there 10 minutes before they close. He gave us the coffee and kicked us out. 45 minutes later they were still in there cleaning up. He easily could have let us stayed for 10 minutes to finish our drink; as other Starbucks do.

I stopped here just before 5AM on Black Friday. While I was in desperate need of coffee to make it to all of the stores on my list, I was awake enough to be impressed with this location. The baristas were very friendly and went out of their way to make our experience great. They all chatted with us about out various bargains and made one heck of a drink. I would stop back in here in a heartbeat if I am ever shopping in mockingbird station. This Starbucks clearly knows what’s up.

Is this jerk behind the counter really gonna hold a conversation with this guy while we are standing in line, and then look at us crazy because were standing off to the side!!!

It is a small Starbucks at Mockingbird. It has few small tables and a cozy seats at one corner. The left side of the entrance has chairs laid out in front of long wooden rest facing the parking lot. There were few people on Sunday morning when I entered but later started to fill up. The staffs are friendly and service was quick. It’s a typical *bucks coffee!

Great service here! They always greet you with a smile and address you by name. In a sea of Starbucks, that is one thing that makes this one stand out.

I’ll be honest. I didn’t get any coffee here. My wife and sister in law did. The drinks were fine. No complaints. Now, I’m a young guy and I love music. But the bohemian gypsy mix was a little annoying and far too loud. Maybe I’m just getting old. As I’m sitting in this empty mid to small sized coffee shop an employee comes by and ask us to lift our feet in the air and then whips out a mop. No one spilled a drink and the floor wasn’t sticky. But of all the places he could’ve started his closing chores, he decided to start where we were sitting. So annoying. We just say there talking about life… and strengthening our core. Thanks shaggy hair blonde guy! I get it though, I want to leave work on time too. It’s all good. The staff seemed pretty enthusiastic and we’re prompt to take our order. In the end it’s fine but, it’s late I’ve had a long day, I’ll pass on the ab workouts for now. Even if I do a little motivation in the workout dept!

I enjoy a coffee here from Starbucks from time to time and even have a card but the customer service at this location completely sucks. I had the exact same experience as Monique with the free drink coupon(birthday offer) and was told the offer needed to be on my card. Starbucks sent the offer to my email address and i was instructed to print it out. The«manager» even accused me of making up the coupon and making copies. Of course I called corporate on this one. They sent me two new coupons and instructed me to use them at this same location to see if the nasty attitudes were different. However I went elsewhere. Won’t visit this location again free or not. I will stick the locations in my neighbourhood or just get coffee from the 7 – 11 up the street before going into work.

Never had a problem with this Starbucks until this morning. I had a print out with me stating that I get a free tall frapp or cold beverage sent to my email. I showed the barista and she said I had to have my card.(It states no where on the email that I had to have my card with me) It clearly states my email at the top of the print out and she still would not get me my free beverage! If it was merely on customer service she could have at least gave it to me free and tell me next time that I would need to have my card but no she could care less. Horrible service!

Located just inside mockingbird station! I have been going here for years! Management runs this store like a well oiled machine! The drinks are fast and accurate ! This location, like most can be very busy at times. The staff is very sweet and can start your day off with hot coffee and a warm smile! They have started my day for nearly 7 years now!

Nothing particularly special about this Starbucks. I stop by on my way to visit my buddies who live in the Lofts here. Parking is a pain. The Starbucks itself has nice baristas. I came on a cold day, wanted a soy latte, didn’t have soy, sad day for Bobby… Did i mention, parking’s a pain? okay okay, only when the shops nearby are busy, not ALWAYS.

Working across the street from Starbucks is dangerous!!! I love coming in here for my coffee! They are super friendly and always happy to see you. Love having the fruit and yogurt parfaits in the morning. The guy who works at night though is THEBEST!!! He is so awesome! A+++++++ CUSTOMERSERVICE!!!

I thought I would stop in for a caffeinated drink since I had already went through the hassle of parking my car to run other errands. I would say the location is less than optimal based on parking situation, you probably aren’t going to stop here for a quick lunch coffee. I recently became a gold card member but they send me a completely new card number so I switched my other card over and wanted to load it and the baristo(: did it with a smile on his face. They weren’t terribly busy for a weekday lunchtime or I wouldn’t have asked. He also made a fantastic apple chai! I’d go back if I was already at mockingbird station for something else.
