This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s close enough to work to walk, but I will be going down to the one further down McKinney going forward. I’m not sure I actually got a caramel macchiato, and the breakfast sandwich I ordered wasn’t right and didn’t realize it til I had already gotten back to work. Terrible. Avoid this at all costs and go down to the Starbucks off McKinney and Allen St.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They can’t make the drinks correctly, take way too long and aren’t very nice. Avoid at all costs unless it’s your only choice. Location is the only reason this place is staying in business.

This location is an embarrassment to the Starbucks brand. The drinks are poor quality and the staff is a joke(lazy and rude). I just came to find out this is a hotel-owned Starbucks. With such an upscale hotel and area, I would expect much more. I actually make the longer drive to other locations to avoid this one.

No wifi, only a couple barstools for indoor seating, no plug ins inside or outside and they were out of the berry flavor for their iced soda

The ladies in this place are so rude and un professional. They are grown women who snicker about customers and are easily caught off guard by their gossiping when someone tries to make a transaction. I just walk away praying that they didn’t spit in my drink(yes it’s that kind of place). There have been countless times I have had to have drinks remade from them, they are careless.

This location basically sells Starbucks coffee and confectionaries. That’s it. Seating on hard iron chairs outside. Sans ambiance. Missing the true Starbucks experience altogether.

Always reliable for a good cup of coffee.

This place must do some serious business during the work week because on the weekends it absolutely desolate. And I LOVE it. This location for me on the weekends is like having my own personal Starbucks. My only wish is that there could be more of an area to sit and enjoy the true Starbucks experience. To summarize a brief post: If you want to get your Starbucks and get going on the weekend, this is your location with free parking at the Crescent. If you want to slowly enjoy your Saturday or Sunday reading at your Starbucks, head down McKinney to the Allen St. location. Either way, savor that weekend coffee!

I don’t know why no one has reviewed this Starbucks because it’s a very popular location. Perhaps it’s because all their customers are business men and women and they don’t have the time to review.. .guess I’m the lucky one to be the first to review this Sbux location! :) I love Starbucks and so far every location I’ve been to has been great. — This specific location is great because it’s close to everything; however, it’s very busy in the morning. Be sure to accommodate at least 10minutes if you’re in a hurry and you need your coffee fix. There’s going to be a wait in the morning depending on what time you come in. There’s a couple of tables/chairs outside — not too bad sitting outside in this hot weather if you got a cold drink to sip on! The baristas are very nice and they always welcoming you with a smile. They’re very good with being quick to take your order and also to make your drink — I’ve never had bad service and they’ve never gotten my drink wrong. p. s. if you sit outside during NBA season, you might be lucky enough to see the buses arrive to pick up the players for game night!
