Nice location and ambiance with a few long tables in front and more small tables to the side and in back. Always a busy place so if you have the app I recommend ordering thru it. There are often 3 – 5 people waiting for their drink orders when I have been here during the work day. Despite the crowd, the side and back areas aren’t too noisy.

Great feel inside. Dig the layout and décor. Friendly staff. But I came here for one purpose and one purpose only: to be a slave to advertisement and try the holiday flat white I’ve seen advertised. Out of the spice. Well I guess I’ll go with my contingency plan. I haven’t had the Christmas blend coffee yet this holiday season, and it’s my favorite Starbucks bean. Oh, we’re out of that too. Ok fine I’ll settle for regular old Pike’s and a latte for the lady. Well they didn’t ask my name, which would have been fine. But when they called out«Café latte» another guy grabbed it. Initially I thought we had the same drink, but it grew very obvious that this was not the case, and the coffee bandit was long gone by the time I realized. The staff were very accommodating and apologetic about these mistakes, but the whole asking for the name is pretty standard procedure(as common as the subsequent butchering of said name written on the cup). And also how unpredictable is the coffee market… or perishable some beans and spices… or limited your storage space that you can’t foresee shortages in supply around the holidays? Really, Starbucks? Really???

I used to HATE this Starbucks. The staff was very unfriendly(they clearly aren’t drinking the coffee) but as time went on I kept coming back for convenience and now they know my drink when I walk in the door.

Recently started coming to this store. Within days a couple of the baristas recognized my name and drink! The wait time was a little long one morning but the barista working on the drinks apologized when he handed out my drink. On another occasion the barista Tom gave me great recommendations on drinks he enjoyed! That was a great personal touch. I encourage all to come to think store!

You guys roll your eyes way too often at the registers. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day. I come to get the overpriced coffee for a positive and friendly environment. I’ll be getting my coffee closet to my home from now on.

They seem well managed and quick. I messed up my espresso at home substituting something else for my Fontana White Chocolate. So I go to Smoothie King next door every day and this place is always busy. Great experience.

They are still out of what you want to order(including basics like iced coffee) about a third of the time I come here.

I came here last night and was DYING for a green tea, I had just got done with a good workout and it was everything I was wanting in a refreshing beverage! We came 30 mins before they closed, but being a former Starbucks Shift Lead I knew they must have some. When we walked in we were greeted by a younger guy with a dark hair and a pony tail. I started to order my green tea and started my modifications on it, than he stops me and says oh I’m sorry we are out of green tea. I sat there for a minute waiting for him to say he could brew some because I had planned to order a Trinta and would have almost used half the tea if it was brewed. He didn’t offer to brew any or anything! He asked if he could get me something else and I said no that’s what I came in for and he said,” Okay sorry about that.” As I left I was dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. I was bummed this employee didn’t offer to brew me any, I wanted that green tea SOO bad, and like I said being a former Starbucks employee when I was a shift even if it was 30 mins before close we ALWAYS had tea brewed and if we didn’t we would brew some for our customers. Disappointed and probably wont be back for awhile. The week before I was in and they again didn’t have something to make my drink the right way, I need a break from this Starbucks. Updated review, I have been in MANY times since this visit & it has been great. My drinks are delicious and always out in a timely manner. Glad I was able to give this location another try.

Consistently one of the busiest but always spot on with the drinks! I’m that guy with the difficult drink order(not even coffee) and they nail it every time… If I wanna avoid people that day this isn’t my go to ‘bucks but any other time I don’t mind the people watching!

This Starbucks is in a very busy location so they are always running out of my favorite breakfast foods by the time I get in. If you make it in early enough then you’re good to go for your choice of anything! The staff are always super friendly and have never made my drinks wrong– even when I order things like a venti extra light ice, non fat, vanilla chai latte, dirty. There also particularly patient with the super rude people who insist on talking on their phone the entire time the baristas are trying to take their order. It’s always hard for me not to roll my eyes and sigh loudly at them. Great location. Great staff. Great drinks. Also, the closest location to Addison Circle!

Spent about an hour at this Starbucks yesterday and was highly disappointed. The flat white was awful – so bad that my husband returned it after only having a sip. After we left the Sbx, my husband and I both reeked of what smelled like cigarette smoke. Neither of us smokes, so we couldn’t figure out where the odor came from. In any event, we won’t be returning. It’s too bad because the décor is pleasant and the location is great.

I agree with most of the other reviews. This is one of the the best Starbucks in Dallas. No drive thru is a HUGE plus. Your drinks are not rushed and the customer service is top notch. The latest remodel made more seating available and comfortable. Good management.

One of the best Starbuck’s I’ve been to in the country. This place is jam packed in the morning and runs like a well-oiled machine. And, the fact some of the folks remember your name/drink is a plus as well.

First time having the salted carmel mocha frappuccino… WOW, best thing I have ever drank! Who knew. I’m not a big fan of Starbucks hot coffee. Their signature«burned» flavor doesn’t appeal to my palate. However, if you’ve never tried this«Frap»…please do. It’s a mouthful to order and be careful not to say, small, medium or large b/c the baristas will roll their eyes at you and rudely correct your mistakes. After you successfully state«vende salted carmel mocha frappuccino»(which is essentially a medium drink)…you’ll be forever changed after trying this delicious creation. Thanks Starbucks for creating a new $ 5 addiction.

I’m sadly writing a 3 star review for this location because of the continued attitude from certain members of the staff. The morning staff is usually pretty cheerful but beware if you come in later in the day. Liz is consistently short and rude, even when there is no line. Just puts people in a bad mood and doesn’t wanna make me come back :/

I wish I could give this location 10 stars. This one has become my home away from home. The staff is personable and friendly. The outdoor seating is perfect. The only thing I don’t like is they completely changed the seating arrangement and deleted 2 leather recliners. Broke my heart but such is life.

Honestly one of the greatest Starbucks locations. It’s a perfect atmosphere to study, read, write or whatever it is in between with that nice background coffeehouse chatter. Since this is in the Addison area, you will be surrounded by young working adults and middle-aged businessmen — fortunately, that nice background noise won’t be tainted with screaming toddlers and annoying teens where you would usually find in the suburbs. Nice place to people-watch too! When it comes to hunting down the perfect Starbucks location to spend a relaxing day off or hold a quick meeting, this is the place to go. This is my first time here and it is almost non-stop busy on a Wednesday afternoon. There is actually a lot of seating to compensate for this busy location. As a plus, this location has Reserve coffee and a Clover machine! I love it here!
