Where everybody knows your name… They see me from the window & start making my drink before I even walk in! Amy is amazing. Falcon is the guru of the app. No one is rattled by the endless press of well clad people here at any time day. I’ve been to Starbucks all over and some of the best customer service skills are right here. Everyone is a VIP.

Besides West Village, this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations for meeting friends and people watching! These locations are always super busy, so be sure to use your Starbucks app and place your order before you get here so you can just pick it up at the bar when you come in. That way, you’ll avoid the lines! #peoplefascinateme

Good service but below average wifi. You can hardly load anything. I would advise staying away from this starbucks if you’re looking to do business.

All it takes is the second time for them to know you by name and they are always friendly. Your coffee is always made to perfection and suggestions are always made by the staff and I’ve always been pleased with everyone of them. It can be a bit of a hassle to find parking because of all the other stores in the area. And the natural lighting is perfect considering all the established trees around there.

I’m a regular, close to my house & great staff! I’d recommend it! Go early though!

There are few places where I enjoy seeing everyone that works within a particular store/restaurant and I’m happy to say that this Starbucks is one of those places. Not only are they friendly, they are fast. I’m fairly certain that they are consistently the fastest Starbucks I have been to, and I’ve been to a lot!

Fancy Starbucks… It is always packed and just being in HP Village it seems like everyone is just dressed up a little more. It is a good Starbuck to go to on a nice day to sit outside. Also it has a little different design with an area in the back that is removed from the coffee line and a good place to read.

This Starbucks is always busy. The staff is friendly and they get your coffee out as fast as possible. Prices are the same as always.

I work in the area, so this is where I often go for my morning coffee or afternoon fix. There are always plenty of staff behind the counter so that when there’s a line, it doesn’t take very long. This shop is usually well stocked on food and specialty beverages, and they don’t often run out of things. The staff is friendly, and the store is usually clean. There’s lots of seating indoors and outside.

It’s hard to argue with coffee in the HP Village(sadly this is Highland Park, not Harry Potter but you make do with what you have, filthy muggles.) It’s spacious and has windows — the windows come in handy for the eye candy if you’re into that sort of thing, or it gives lots of natural light and a pleasant relaxing atmosphere if you are lying and claim to be in to that sort of thing instead. They have coffee and you want it. The worst thing you can say about the place is that it seems like some people would rather talk than work on their laptop — just as much as the people watching can be good, sometimes it is nice to people listen to first world problems as well — though apparently offering advice shatters some pretend forcefield people think they are entitled to when they talk loudly about their boyfriend to their … friend(?) so maybe don’t offer too much advice, they are just there for the coffee like you.

This is a very large Starbucks! It goes almost a city block so there is aplenty of room to sit. The people be hind the counter were great. The problem I have is that there always some middle school or high school group of kids that is super loud so it a little annoying when you go in thinking it will be empty on a Thursday afternoon.

Great place to come and get coffee and people watch. Difficult to find a place to sit sometimes due to all of the Lounge Lizards.

I drink way too much coffee and Starbucks has done a good job streamlining their coffee shops. I don’t think Starbucks has the best coffee but they are efficient, comfortable, prolific and they do serve pretty good coffee and coffee drinks that you can order exactly how you want them and they don’t mess them up. This location is the same thing with maybe a little more fun people watching thrown in since it is in Highland Park Village.

Recently repainted and redecorated, and located in the picturesque, historic Highland Park Village, this Starbucks is the best in town. «Regulars» sit at «their» tables each morning sipping lattés and eating pastries, while the powerbrokers of Dallas scramble in and out for their magic wakeup serum. The staff and management are super attentive, especially considering the pace at which they must operate, and the drinks they craft are prize-worthy. This is the place to be, why aren’t you here?
