At Structured Physique, our on-​site, certified personal trainers design your fitness program using the Optimum Performance Model — a proven systematic and integrated approach that allows us to structure and customize our clients’ workouts to help them attain their fitness goals faster. This model results in concurrent improvements in flexibility, balance, and strength.

We offer certified personal trainers in Uptown Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, and Preston Hollow. Our certified fitness trainers can meet with you at many locations in the Dallas, Texas area. Just ask us, and we’ll find a location that works for you.

We offer a convenient online booking system for our clients, and because we have four certified personal trainers, if you can’t make your appointment or need to reschedule, one of our four trainers will very likely be able to accommodate your schedule change. We pride ourselves on being flexible enough to accomodate our clients’ busy schedules.

History

Established in 2009.

Structured Physique began with the philosophy that we could get results for any client, irrespective of their current condition. Founded by Alfred Gonzales, Jr. and Juan Castillo in July 2009, Structured Physique helps busy people feel better and look great through customized exercise programs.

Alfred is the owner of Structured Physique, LP and serves as the Director of Fitness Services. His knowledge, business expertise and experience as a personal trainer have helped formulate a successful and systematic approach to the health and fitness industry.

Alfred is committed to continuing education in order to stay current on the latest findings about the science of exercise performance.
