Under construction. Loud and disruptive noise 24⁄7. Rude staff. Refused to relocate to a quieter room. Better to stay anywhere but here. I would rather sleep in a car.

this place is not bad for the price and the ideal location that is close to everything. if you need a place to stay while you’re contracting and have not found a pernment job. I moved to Dallas Texas, but wasn’t sure that I would stay in Dallas for long term, go live in nearby fun cities(i.e. Austin or San Antonia) or move back to San Diego.

RUN not walk but RUN away from this weekly hotel. I paid for a week and the hot water went out I called and they said it would be out for a few days, and instead of letting everyone know about this problem they didn’t call the rooms to leave voice messages or leave letters on doors or ect– NOCOMMUNICATION at all. I have to work in a few hours so I called the front office they told me «sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing we can do. I said what about taking money off my bill or anything to compensate for this– there response was«YOUCANBOILWATERONTHESTOVETOUSEFORHOTWATERORDOYOUWANTTHECITYOFDALLASNUMBERSOYOUCANTAKEITUPWITHTHEM». HAHA I’m paying to stay here and they want me to BOILWATER —is this some joke of a place that they can’t even take care of there returning customers, This place has horrible customer service and horrible management and how they respond to guests is a JOKE. Yes I am leaving and going to pay more for a decent hotel that when there is a problem they will handle it with care because they VALUE there customers!!!

I am beyond impressed with this place. It is WONDERFUL!!! They didnt have my suite for $ 37.99 and had to downgrade me to a regular room for $ 27.99 same features, kitchenette, etc. Its in a GREAT location off Northwest Hwy right before Storey Rd. Next to lots of other hotels, Waffle House, Ihop gas, station, Starbucks, businesses„ Chili’s Red Lobster, Tx Land and Cattle, Whataburger, Pappasitos, Pappadeaux, Ghengis Grill, etc. The staff is SOOO wonderful. Amazingly nice ladies. I was here for 8 days and its safe with a courtesy officer. Several Mercedes’ and nice cars parked and none broken into. Lots of adults and no kids which I loved. The room was very clean. I bring my own towels, blankets, and pillows so I cant comment on theirs but I slept like a baby. Nice sized bathroom, good shelving and cabinets, dressers, and a nice table area. There’s a Kroger and Fiesta within 3miles so I bought my own groceries and cooked with no problems. You will need your own dish liquid and there wasnt a pan but I just happened to bring my own for the road trip. It came with plenty of cooking utensils, plates, coffee machine, cutting board, towels, and full size fridge. I didnt use the laundry so I not sure how great it was but Im sure it was a standard laundry mat. Wireless is not free but it was cheap like $ 4.95/day and there’s plenty of areas around with free wifi like McDonalds, Starbucks, etc. I tethered from my AT&T cell phone so it didnt matter to me. Not your typical sleazy Motel 6 in a bad area off the highway at all. Be careful not to go to Motel 6 which is next to Baymont Inn. Studio 6 is around the back on Stemmons Trail and it was great. No business center though with printers if you need to print was the only issue I had. This isnt an area you would normally just go to if you didnt have a reason to be here(i.e. work or school) because its way off the beaten bath. Its also 3 miles away from Las Colinas. This is a hidden economical secret that I will do from now on. I will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends that need to go cheap.
