I don’t know what that other guy is talking about, super super nice to me and was able to get me out of there on time and for a straight price! No discrepancies here!

I ask him if he did that troubleshooting to figure out the problem and he says, «no I just think it must be a
defective coil from BMW, so I just replaced the coil with another one». So after all this time he did not verify and troubleshoot what the problem was. He just blindly changed the part hoping
that would fix it. The only good thing here is that Robert took me to get a loaner car. I could tell that now since there was a loaner car in his name, he communicated with me more. I’m sure
he didn’t want to pay the extra day of rental. Also, I told him I would meet him at his shop at 1:30pm and he would be there to take me to get a loaner. I get there at 1:30 and he is nowhere in
site. He had left to pick up some tire. He makes me wait 30 minutes and he finally gets there. While working on my car, I guess he is getting annoyed that his mechanics are still working on my
car and he needs to make more money. He starts asking me if I want to change the door handle because it would look a lot better. He quotes me at 40 $, then says it is 175 $. I say no. So anyways, on Saturday morning BAM my car still has the same issue. It has been almost a week and I have the same original issue. I have paid over 700 $ and nothing has been fixed. Robert then says that while he was working on the car he saw a
fuel pressure indicator code and says «i know what it is! it is the fuel pump!». I am like, why didn’t you look at that all week? Why did you just keep on looking at the coils? He said that the parts
and labor for one fuel pump is 550 $ and he would knock off 50 $ for my troubles. He said he strongly recommends to change BOTH fuel pumps. At this point, I do not trust their work and I am extremely
annoyed at their complete lack of communication and not even being able to call me for updates. He tells me on the phone that he talked to BMW and that the fuel pumps have an extended warranty and they would
cover parts and labor. He said that customer service is important to him and that he can loan me his SUV Monday and he can take it to BMW to get fixed. I say great! I say I will meet you at your shop
Monday morning at 8:30. He said he will be there with his loaner car ready. So now today it is Monday morning. I turn on my car and it starts shaking a lot, the engine light comes on and after about a minute
of shaking, the car shuts off. I then wait a while, then drive it to the shop. I get there at 8:30am and the only person there is Jose. He was not expecting me and he said Robert told him nothing about a loaner.
He said Robert usually gets in about noon! I tell him Robert was supposed to be there at 8:30 with a loaner! We both call Robert’s cell phone countless times and it just goes straight to voicemail. I say forget it
and I scheduled an appointment with BMW. This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life when it comes to communication with the customer! He also charged me for the oil that I did NOT authorize! He
overcharged me for parts that I found so much cheaper online and MOST OF ALL after a week, they did NOT fix anything!
