This place is a chain of course, but it is clean and well-​maintained. The bread is fresh and the toppings do not appear to be old. I’ve consistently had good experiences here. I almost always get the meatball marina sub, which I admit seems to be mostly filler in the meatball, but the sauce is tasty and what the heck, you can’t be a food angel all the time.
