The next morning after my stay, I asked the clerk(obviously a relative of the Patel family manager): 1. Why is the paint chipping off the inside of the door to my room in the size of a large grapefruit? 2. Why doesn’t the deadbolt lock work properly(leaving me not fully protected)? 3. Why are there major problems with the picture & audio of their cable tv reception? 4. Why is there a black man outside my door at 6AM asking loudly, «Where’s my spoon?» The clerk said the manager would call me regarding my questions and never did. The Super 8 is owned by Wynham Hotels and should be able to do better than this.
