Danger Danger !!! This place has a problem with homeless people and people doing crack in the bathroom. The last three times I have been there there has been an issue. I witnessed a crazy crack head exit the bathroom and almost start a fight with a patron because he knocked on the door. The guy was in there for 15 minutes. There is a steady stream of scary people that hang out by the dumpster out back. I don’t know why the restaurant does nothing about it. I am done with this Taco Bueno. As I am writing this I just watched a crackhead lady and a guy enter the bathroom. They have been in there awhile. I can’t make this crap up. I have only been here 30 minutes.

Taco Bueno is like Taco Bell, but with a few different gems on the menu, like the cheesesteak taco and the taco burger. The quality rivals dumpster diving, but three stars are given for giving me the energy to get back out there and continue to poison myself with alcohol. Set your expectations low or this next meal will feel like rock bottom.

My experience here was actually a good one. Very nice inside… looks like it was recently remodeled. The girl behind the counter was very polite. Also, they gave me a number and brought the food to my table. I’ve never seen that in a Taco Bueno before. Flat screen on the wall. I’ll be back.

I love this place, however, it tastes like their meat has recently changed. It has tasted weird for a few months now. Also, they usually forget something in my order and never give napkins, which doesn’t make sense. Wish they would go back to their old meat because i haven’t gone much since i noticed the change.

Worst Bueno anywhere! I refuse to EVER come back here. No one speaks English and they would rather argue with customers than give good service. The manager is a complete joke! I REFUSE to come back again!

This location has a very efficient drive through the food meets expectations but is a little bit inconsistent in terms of the cut and Char on the quesadillas. They have the new party quesadillas which are a dollar apiece and if you don’t have the time to eat a proper taco or something they work very well for the car. Nothing to write home about but then again for a quick stop and grab a bite they do a decent job.

I have not been to a Taco Bueno in years, but now I’ve been here a few times over the past month. I think I might like Taco Bell better, but I do love their mexi dips and chips. It’s a little on the salty side, but another time I had it, it was better. This drive thru is so fast you barely have time to check in. Be warned, though their speaker at the drive thru sucks. You can barely hear. Hopefully they’ll get it fixed soon.

No bueno! Processed cheese, canned and frozen taste for everything. Odd menu, and what is with chili on top an enchilada??? Gross!

It’s very nice in here compared to others I’ve been to. Staff was nice when I came in.(Always a plus with me!!) The restroom was decent and clean– really like the tile on the wall. I just came in her to buy time until my boxing class starts and had to buy a burrito. I bought the B O B– which is a beef burrito with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. Something else is in it but can’t remember– but it was really good.

Taco Buenos are everywhere and I rarely go in. Not sure why. In my latest adventure into Taco Bueno, I found the food to be better than I remembered and the prices to be higher than I remember. I just have memories of dirt cheap and not great food. Now they have tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, etc. I actually can’t remember what I got. I think it was the enchiladas. Whatever it was was decent but obviously not overly memorable. I also got chips and salsa and a drink and my meal was $ 12 or $ 13. So I wouldn’t mind going there again and it was nicer and cleaner than I remember and i think you can still get in and out cheap if you want but you can also order some nicer and better things. I think there are probably too many neighborhood Mexican food places around DFW to become a «Bueno head» but it wasn’t bad.

This Taco Bueno was a life-saver for those many nights when I was in a rush to my late night job. The staff is fast and friendly. There are the occasional mismatched orders(why this happens on slow nights is anyone’s guess), but the majority of orders are perfect. Even when the lines are long, cars move through without much delay. The food is wonderful. Burritos are neat and folded tightly. There’s no messy surprise when you open the wrapper. The only occasional issue is that the cheese dip may be watered down from time to time. This isn’t frequent enough to be a real problem. Overall, this is a great place to get food fast and at a great price.

It is Taco Bueno and good for all Bueno Heads. The Chilada Platter is my favorite!
