I ordered the fajita burrito came with home made huge flour tortilla, the meat wasn’t all that no taste and meat looked old maybe from yesterday didn’t taste fresh. My hubby had the tripas and lengua tacos also home made corn tortillas. Now his food was way better than mine. This place is a hole in the wall. They have another location in Oak Cliff off of Beckley now that one is worse. I thought I would give this one a chance off of Webb Chapel but I didn’t like it much either. The only good thing is their home made tortillas and their chips with the green warm hot salsa.

I was looking for a small funky place and this was it! I had 3 tacos(well I bought 3, but they were so big I had to bring them home) and horchata. The tacos were beef, lengua and pork belly. The salsa was a green slightly sour, pungent salsa served with average corn chips. It hit the spot — and was close to work — oh and cheap too!

Great Gordita’s… Very traditional! They make their own tortillas for the tacos and the tacos are HUGE… The Pastor has a lot of flavor and you won’t be disappointed. Service is great, however patients is needed due to the language barrier. How can you be upset at the person who is smiling and brining you great food. Worth the trip… Portions are HUGE and the prices very reasonable… Great Value!!!

I wasn’t a big fan of the chips and salsa. The chips seemed to be some multi-grain and the salsa was a warm green sauce. Wasn’t crazy about the tortillas either. Your only choice is corn. They serve you with a plastic fork, you get your drink cold, but it doesn’t come with a glass of ice.(Wow with so many negatives you’d think I’d rate it lower). I ordered the Lomo saltaldo for $ 8.50(I think that’s what it was called). A smörgåsbord of fajita meat, fried potatoes, rice, and I can’t remember what else. But it was huge and delicious. BTW $ 8.50 was the most expensive thing on the menu.
