Texas Foot Works

This was my first visit to this clinic. The check in process was horrible! I stood at the window for nearly ten minutes before I was even acknowledged. The older woman never even apologized for the delay and making me wait. I hate receiving poor customer service. When she finally decided to check me in, I was told I needed to sign three documents blindly. She gave a cliff notes version of what the forms said but at the time of signing here were not any forms I front of me. I noticed other patients were doing the same thing, however I had to ASK for copies of the documents I signed, as I am not in the habit of signing paperwork without reading it first. I waited in the lobby over 60 minutes before I was called back. Prior to making this appointment I read several other negative reviews regarding his office, but I decided to see for myself. They have a lot of work to do and they need a complete overhaul regarding their customer service abilities. The physician was obviously in a rush with a full waiting room, however he was pleasant with a playful/​sarcastic demeanor. Based on the service received, I’m not sure I’ll return to this office.
