Texas Star Cafe & Catering

Love this place, I eat here very often especially because its located in the same building as my place of work. I can truthfully say that the food is great here and not just because of its location. I eat here atleast once a week especially during breakfast they have a great breakfast burrito and breakfast menu. I love the fact that they have 3 specials a day for lunch usually including entrée, side item and drink. Besides the specials of the day they have a wide variety of great food from fried chicken to pasta.

Convinietly located (for me) inside the chase building. My co workers rave about how great they are, they go there for brkfst & lunch. Yesterday they had these delicious sandwich called the UT Melt. TOday was my 1^st visit to thsi establish ment and I ordered the UT Melt today. The place is set up like a subway and moves very fast FYI be prepared to know wat to order, it speeds everything up. The UT melt from yesterday was not the same today :(I figure that my co worker ordered it diff somehow. The ciabatta on mine was warm but not toasted (it makes a diff!!!) and i got waffle fries instead of the kettle chips they had yesterday. I think its rather reasonable combo for 6.99. They have toffee chip cookies, i opted for chocolate today. Even though it wasn’t up to yesterday’s standards, I’m not giving up on the place i will try a next week, a wrap may be, they llked awesome!
