The VA is getting better. Customer service has improved greatly. The Doctors are good, just beware of being over medicated with precriptions. The pharmacy is still slow but its understandable with the amount of patients they service. Parking is a nightmare! They have Valet but its terrible trying to get through the line to have your vehicle parked and then it takes so long to get it retrieved when you leave. Overall if you understand this is a VA hospital and have patience its not a bad experience.

As a veteran see go to the eye clinic every now then staff are allways nice.

OK customer service they seem to be trying but I guess not all the staff has gotten the Memo, but the VA Staff can be a bit over worked as it can get busy– The Doctors are a little better they do seem to care for the Veterans — I am happy they are here to severe us.
