Seales Law Firm was built to provide assistance to individuals facing criminal law and immigration related issues. Ify Seales’ career has prepared her to handle criminal cases, immigration cases, and «crimmigration» cases, those involving an intersection of both.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Ms. Seales began her career as a litigation associate, honing her research and analytical skills. She gained extensive courtroom experience as a Dallas County Assistant District Attorney in jury trials, trials before the court, and motions. Her most recent role as a Dallas County Public Defender has made her a well-​rounded attorney, becoming a skilled negotiator and a well-​liked colleague in the Dallas/​Fort Worth legal community.

Ify has unique insight into immigration issues, as her parents were born and raised in Nigeria before moving to the U.S. She experienced first-​hand the financial and emotional struggle faced by foreign nationals entering the U.S. and can defend those struggling with immigration obstacles.

She also has extensive experience working and winning criminal cases. As a former Assistant District Attorney and Public Defender, Mrs. Seales knows how to navigate the criminal justice system and is committed to figuring out the most effective plan of action.
