Horrible service. There is only one person working here. She never keeps the appt time. I will never go here again. She isn’t even a good hairdresser. The facility is messy as well.

The reviews say there’s a language barrier but I thought it would be ok since all I wanted was a trim. Well, I ended up with much more than a trim. I gave up trying to tell her what I wanted since she was doing her own thing anyway. My hair looks good but definitely shorter and more layered than I wanted. She definitely knows how to cut and shape Asian hair. Ultimately, it’s just hair and will grow back.

Great salon! There is only one lady working there so reserve an appointment is recommendable and make sure you leave enough time but it’s worth it. Hair coloring, stylish haircut (esp. asian style fans), etc are possible so check it out!

Sorry to post a bad review but the owner messed up my hair… Had expectations since the owners claims she had training in Japan but she’s totally out dated. I’m Japanese and she made my hair like we still existed in the 90s. Remember Rachel from Friends? Yup just like that. Even took pictures for examples but doesn’t even look like the style I asked for! The place is cheap but could have gotten a cheaper price for the same hair cut at Great Clips! Oh and she didn’t even wash my hair before she started cutting away! I think she knew she messed up since she tried to hide them by trying to curl my hair and style it so once I washed my hair and straightened it, I would see that one side is not even as the other… She’s older than other young stylist who knows the Japanese trend, but I’ve met other older stylists who knew the difference btw what style is new and old… Will definitely go somewhere else.
