Trophy Nails 2

Such a horrible place! Everyone was so unwelcome when my aunt and I wanted our manicures. There was a customer who came in after us and she wanted a full set (which was obviously more expensive). The person who was available took her in before us. It was rude. They also didn’t know I speak Vietnamese so they started to say not nice things until someone asked me if I could speak Vietnamese then they stopped talking. The service was terrible, the lady that did my manicure painted and left ridges on the sides of my nails so it looked very unprofessionally done and she also didn’t go up to the cuticle. Honestly, it looked like it was done at home with my left hand painted my right hand. I would only come here to get my eyebrows done. Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant experience!

I have been going to trophies for years now and they always do a amazing job! It’s about time for a building upgrade but that’s about it I always either let Tracy or Sam do my nails, Tracy does great eyebrows, & Lenn does amazing pedicures! I would always recommend them to people I come past.

I have been going here for about 5 years now. I love this place. They always do amazing designs on my nails. And my nails always last!!! Love them!
