Verl’s Creation

I have been using Verl’s Creations for everything! Anytime they do Mother’s Day bouquets for my mom and grandmother I am so glad I used Verl because her floral arrangements last so much longer than other places. Verl and her team put together creative centerpieces for a fundraiser I organized and everyone was impressed! I’ve never had a problem with any of my orders, even the ones that they transfer to other florists (out of town occasions or funerals).

Very disappointed in the service. Ordered my flowers online and it specifically said it would be «as shown in the picture». I even paid extra for the upgrade so the flowers would be more full and lush. When the flowers arrived, not only was it not the full and lush I ordered, it was less than even the flowers shown in the «regular» picture. When I called about my dissatisfaction, they first tried to make the excuse that they didn’t have the right colors in the flowers. That was not my issue, my issue was I received what seems like half the amount of flowers I should have received. They kept trying to tell me I got exactly what I ordered. After much back and forth, I was told they would send another delivery the next day. When that delivery never came, I called back again the following day and was told that they’re not delivering anything at all. The discount that was offered was not going to even cover the upgrade price I had paid for the additional flowers.
