Woodward Chiropractic & Massage

Woodward Chiropractic is the place to go if you want to get your problem diagnosed and corrected. Dr. Woodward explained what was causing my back problems, then presented a plan to include office visits, exercises and other home treatment. I was lacking in faith and trust after the last chiropractor I went to promised me results that were not delivered. I spent a lot of time and money but still had no information about what was causing my back spasms and what it would take to correct or improve the situation.
If you are like me and don’t have a lot of patience for BS, you will appreciate the no-​nonsense approach of getting to the root of the problem and working up a plan for improvement. Massage is offered as well, staff is friendly and appointments are easy to schedule. After reading a LOT of online reviews, I decided to see Dr. Woodward, and I drive about 45 minutes each way to do so. If you are frustrated with your current care or have given up altogether, do yourself a favor and give Dr. Woodward a try.

A few years ago. I started experiencing pain on my right knee. The first couple years, it wasn’t so bad. But on the third year, it got worse and so I decided to seek treatment with an orthopedic specialist. The doctor ordered x-​ray, MRI, sent me to PT, you name it, but my knee pain did not improve. The doctor couldn’t find anything wrong with my knee, therefore he couldn’t treat it. I was hopeless and it started interfering with some of the daily activities and sleep.
Via Unilocal,I’ve decided to give Dr. Woodward a try. On the first appointment, Dr. Woodward asked me to perform a few simple exercises and he was able to identify the issue right away. He told me that one of my legs is longer than the other and this caused my knee. Of course, Dr. Woodward was right on as I have always noticed that the legs of my pants have always been uneven all of these years but I didn’t know why. I’m thankful that Dr. Woodward looked at my body alignment as a whole instead of just focusing on the knee like the orthopedic doctor, who couldn’t find anything wrong when only focusing only on my knee. Needless to say, I continued seeing Dr. Woodward ever since. My knee pain got better just after a few treatments and now after a combo of 10 adjustments, massage and PT the pain is totally GONE! I’m so GLAD to found such AMAZING chiropractor like Dr. Woodward. Please let Dr. Woodward help you. You’ll be glad as well!
Another great thing I want to mention is that Dr. Woodward personally supervised my rehab/​PT exercises and corrected my form himself. This makes a world of a difference! My previous PT had a technician supervised all of my PT sessions until the last session the technician was absent and I worked with the certified PT. The certified PT corrected all of my forms, which meant all of these time I was doing it wrong! No wonder my knee pain did not improve!

Chiropractic done right! Dr. Woodward does a great job of assessing the root cause of your issue (s) and combining several techniques to solve the problem. After several months of severe SI joint pain, visits to other doctors and money out the door, Dr. Woodward was able to pin point the issue and begin a treatment plan of adjustments, ART and physical therapy. The back pain was gone in the first week and with subsequent PT and adjustments my body is pain free and stronger.

This place gets the job done! You are not paying for a fancy office or extra services that other places have charged me for. Dr Woodward is very efficient, and relieved my pain and increased my range of motion on the very first adjustment session. He is very personable, but he means business when it comes to fixing your issues. Don’t be put off by his short sessions. He gets a lot done, and done right! Also, the massage services they offer were great for my back issues. They addressed my issues right away. No extra crap like essential oils and hot stones. You pay for exactly what you need. They don’t pressure you into coming more, which was the reason why I stopped going to my previous chiropractor. I highly recommend this place!

After 9 years of living on the East Coast, I was excited to return to my favorite Dallas Chiropractor, Dr. Woodward. I called and was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day! My adjustment was timely, effective and pain-​free! Dr. Woodward continues to be the chiro I recommend to friends and family. He is conveniently located near the Galleria/​Addison. I also loved how Lisa, the office manager, called my insurance company before I arrived to explain how the payment would work with my insurance plan. That was super helpful and put me at ease. p. s. If you have never been to a chiropractor and are nervous to go, don’t be. You will be so glad you did. I feel about 3″ taller (though that may just be my Texas hair in this humidity…)!

Highly recommend! Dr. Woodard is very professional, and my first impression was that he seemed very credible. He was a nice change compared to a blasé and unprofessional sports chiropractor I saw previously.
Not only did he seem credible, but the recommended route of treatment actually worked! He was upfront with me about the fact that my injury probably would never be healed 100% because I put off treatment for many years, and I really appreciated the honesty.
The massage therapists are also really great. Both women that I worked with seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job.
Don’t let the old building scare you off, this Dr. can really help.

Never had a bad visit here and I always leave feeling satisfied. I sit at a desk for 9 hours a day and then throw myself into my workouts, so these visits are a MUST. Dr. Woodward is really personable. I only see him once every couple months, but he doesn’t force me or push me into coming more, I don’t feel pressured. That says a lot. Don’t be put off by the location, the office building looks a little out of place and has sort of an abandoned feel, but the office itself is personable. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Woodward is an outstanding Chiropractor. I had an injury as a small child and have seen 5 different Dr’s over my years due to moves and retired Dr’s. etc.
Dr Woodward does more adjustments in one visit than any I have EVER had at any of my other Chiropractors. He uses many different techniques in order to achieve great results and does not use a cookie cutter, 1 size fits all approach. He has an a great bedside manner and I have never had such a great experience anywhere else.
KUDOS to the guy who is «DOING IT RIGHT» He ALWAYS has time to fit you in, which is amazing because he is ALWAYS busy. He offers massage therapy as well (which I have never had attached to a chiro apt.) and it has made a world of difference. He also walks you through the exercises and makes sure you are doing them properly.
I’ve seen Chiropractors every week for many, many years, and I am happy to say I am down to 1 time a month with Dr. Woodward. I never thought that would ever happen. My husband, and three coworkers go and see him and we are all really happy.

As one user has stated, its not the flashiest place, but the team at Woodward Chiropractics knows what they are doing! I love how this place does both adjustments and massages at the same location. My usual visit consist of getting adjusted by Dr. Woodward and consulting any additional issues I been having as of late followed by a good harsh deep tissue /​trigger point therapy by my favorite masseuse Ellie. I have been to various «massage» joints and none of them compares to Ellie. I can always count on her to find my trigger points and recommend any other areas that can be worked on. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean (but old), and the whole team is knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend anybody who is in need of chiropractic assistance to visit Dr. Woodward and the team.

I am new to Dallas and needed a chiropractor because I got into a car accident and was feeling sore all over. I was able to find Dr. Woodward via Unilocal and he was a really great and professional doctor. Not only did he help me get better through therapy but him and his staff got to know me really well. He never made me feel uncomfortable at all. After seeing him for 5 – 6 weeks, I am as good as new!
I want other people to be able to trust Dr. Woodward because i did!

Not the flashiest place in the world but it gets the job done. I really like the electroshock and heat therapy. I feel like sometimes I don’t get the satisfying adjustment I’ve received from other Dr.‘s before, but usually pretty happy.

I live out of town and have been seeing my hometown chiropractor for over 10 years. I am in Dallas often and during one of my trips I experienced some severe back and neck pain.
I was blessed to find Dr. Woodard who took me as a walk-​in patient. He provided immediate relief. Plus, one session with him provided far more relief than multiple sessions with my hometown Chiropractor. He is extremely thorough and highly ethical. I now use him as my primary Chiropractic doctor. He is the best I have seen over many years of treatment for my bad back.

Dr. Woodward is thorough and knows exactly how to correct the ill symptoms my body has been experiencing. I had the pleasure of a massage by Elli and she could feel the areas on my back that needed extra attention.

I had an awful SI joint dysfunction when I came to Dr Woodward, i had been on pain meds & PT etc. But had no results. After I came to him in 6 months I was off all meds, able to do what I wanted etc. I moved & am now in Plano, where there are plenty chiropractors, but I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE else.
I ask him for all natural health advice & he is great, and always willing to help. Thank you, but I always refer my friends to him & anyone looking for a good chiropractor your search will end after you get here.

If I could I would yell from the rooftops…“I love my Chiropracter and you can too!”.

I’ve seen Dr. Woodward since 2007 for migraines, neck and back issues. I recommend his services to all of my friends and coworkers and they have all had success from his treatment. He and his staff are friendly and care about the patients. He will listen to your ailments and treat you accordingly. My adjustments are always different based on my symptoms. I always see Woodward before any medical doctor because 9 times out of 10 my issues are due to misalignment. Also, the in-​house massage therapists have all been great. I have been treated by 3 different therapists there and each one was excellent.
If you are in pain or have discomfort, I highly recommend you start here.

Dr. Woodward and his staff are as good as it gets! I’ve been seeing him for the past 4 years on and off as needed. My first visit was prompted by leg and back problems resulting from my new triathlon training. I was amazed at the level of care and consideration he puts into each patient. Currently, I visit the office every 6 weeks or so for an adjustment and soft tissue therapy (MASSAGE!). My insurance is great and it only costs me my co-​pay.
Every friend I’ve refered to Dr. Woodward has had nothing but great things to say about his practice.
