Pediatrics of Dalton

This office started out ok but you cannot schedule appointments more than 14 days out. It’s completely inconvenient when you have to put a request for time off with your employer 30 days in advance. They say they will call you to set up the appointment once they are booking for that time frame which ends up about 10 days before your child has to be seen. I cannot believe a doctors office cannot book an appointment a month out! Our 6 month old sees Dr Edwards most of the time although we had initially asked to see Dr Spanjer. Dr Edwards rushes through the appointment and doesn’t ask many questions about the child’s condition. We’ve been told everything has been «because she’s a baby and they pick up everything». He should change his name to Dr Obvious! Maybe a few questions would help understand the root cause of an illness instead of just passing everything off because he/​she is «just a baby». We’ll be switching pediatricians for sure.
