We made a serious mistake and hired Carlos Tree Service to trim our trees in San Francisco. The smooth talking Carlos Sr. sold us on his expertise of the particular type of Brazilian tree we needed pruning. His knowledge was very impressive so we gave him the job, but that is where our satisfaction ended. Carlos Sr. was no where in sight throughout most of the job, and instead he had his incompetent son supervising and chaos ensued. Only after endless complaining, and property damage, and insisting Carlos Sr. be present to complete the work did he show up on the job sight. Under his sons supervision one of his workers had dropped a heavy tree limb on our car, and to this day we have not been reimbursed for repairs. DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE, or I promise you will regret it.
