As I watch the daily news & seeing all the devastations at all corners of the globe w/​our California fire, tornadoes, floods, typhoons & hurricanes elsewhere. It just reminds me that I’m so «dam» glad I got insurance and Joy’s agency really can make it all happen. They are always approachable w/​immediate response to any of my concerns about my policies. At our recent California fire I saw a family broken up to tears because they didn’t buy fire insurance for their house that had just burn to a rubble… Thanks Joy and CT. I figure an updated review has been long overdue. Continue success.

I insure with Joy at Farmers for almost 10 years. She regularly follows up on my policy and provides helpful advice from time to time. I filed a claim recently about gas pipe leak caused by my neighbor. Joy explained the claim process to me. When the claim hit a roadblock, she stopped by my house along with her team to take care of business. She has done a great job!

She actually does a much better job than my old agent ever did. Joy and her staff are very fast, aggressive, and will always go out of the way to help.
