By far the WORST experience of my life limited AC in the 100 degree weather… The driver was late… stains on 3 out of 8 people’s clothes. The speaker system was horrible… And my group was threatened to be left on the side of the road because I thought the service did not deserve gratuity… I bought this service through living social and it said it included a cheese and cracker plate that they did not have. The living social deal said it was $ 249 for a five hour wine tour of napa but they made us pay an addition $ 260 for gratuity and gas fees… on itours website they advertise these luxurious limos… What we got was this old school limo that almost looked like a hearse… My suggestion find another limo service. I wish I could post with no stars…

What a great i have in San Francisco provided by I Tour, my family enjoy the ride so much we are very happy that we hire them.

I bought a deal on Living Social for a 5 hour tour. As described if you go over the 5 hrs you will be charged $ 125/​hr. As we were very diligent in watching our time, we discussed with the driver the consequences of being about 15 min late. He confidently said he would not charge us for the added hour. Wrong — because we went over by 15 min due to traffic the owner they still charged us for the ‘added hour’.
In addition, they also add 20% gratuity. To show good faith we tipped the driver more to ensure we would not get charged for the added hour but instead we paid nearly double.
The limo was old school. They offer a cheese plate but no cheese was included — it was a meat plate only.
In all I will not be using this limo service again. I was quite disappointed. Save your money!

I found ITour through an advertisement that my wife sent me in email.
I was searching for a reasonable limo service for my son’s 21^st Birthday Party and wanted a limo to take us to San Francisco and around to several clubs and bars.
I spoke with Abraham who provided a number of options and pricing based on the size of our group. I shopped this around to a number of companies and found the pricing to be very reasonable and they seemed to have more flexibility than other firms in terms of minimums and car options etc.
I booked the trip with them and then I came and read the reviews and I called back and spoke to Abraham. What I realized is that they had some situations in the past where they may have had too much volume coming from advertising that caused a temporary quality issue. I decided to stay the course and I am very glad I did.
Javier was our driver and he called ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would arrive, the limo was clean and in great shape. He helped us get our Ipod connected so we could play music during the trip. We had his cell number and whenever we were ready to leave a bar or club he was outside immediately to pick us up. He was great and provided amazing service. I was very pleased and felt not only did we get great service but that it was done at a very reasonable cost and that I paid less than what other companies would have charged. iTour provided me with a quote that included everything including Tip and hourly charge so I did not have to worry about extra charges occurring after the fact.

If I can give a negative star review, i would give this place a negative 5 stars. This company is a complete hoax of a company and I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them. I bought a LivingSocial deal for a CA wine country tour and found this company to be completely unprofessional. The man who responds to emails and phone calls, John, has given me nothing but attitude during phone calls and through emails. Talk about horrible customer service. After reading negative Unilocal reviews, I decided that it was best to not go with the service because I did not want to get risk being screwed over.
The customer «contract,» which may I add is probably the worst contract ever drafted, contradicts itself and completely goes against the terms on the LivingSocial deal. John’s contract states both that cancelations are acceptable within 48 hours free of charge and that a cancelation is subject to a $ 150 cancelation charge. The contract also says that the company reserves the right to charge for the full value of the service if there is a cancelation. I called LivingSocial to make sure that I would not be charged for canceling. They contacted John and confirmed that even though his contract is contradictory, he would abide by the LivingSocial Terms of Service. When I go to cancel my reservation, John responds saying that I will have to pay the cancelation fee because they are losing a spot. Get it together WS LIMO SERVICE! You will not survive in the business world by screwing over potential customers and by offering them shitty service. Thankfully LivingSocial has been helpful in helping me sort this out. Words of advice: DO NOT BUY THIS DEAL OR BOOK A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY!

Run far far away from this limo company!
We booked our limo trip through Living Social for a 6 hour limo tour and it was an absolute nightmare. The limo arrived 35 minutes late AND they did not provide us with the 10 person limo — as previously promised and charged for! With that being said, since we were only provided an 8 person our other friends had to follow us in a car to the wineries — how awful! Additionally, the limo broke down at the winery and we had to have our friends jump the limo — this is only the beginning as we were the notified that we were charged an additional 800 $ — and for what? «For gratuity and a refueling fee.»
What’s even worse is that you can even get a response — I have over 27 e-​mails asking for certain information and they never answered me. Also, you cannot even call the company and leave a voice-​mail because half the time the voice-​mail is full.
All in all, this was hands down the worse limo company I have ever ridden with so do yourself a favor and book with a legit company.
