This restaurant is not the kind of place that you’ll remember forever, but is a good local chinese food place. The good: the food is prepared fast and made to order instead of sitting around for a while. The waitstaff are very attentive and pleasant. There are no issues with parking-always a consideration in the bay area. They have made a specialty of group events. The bad: This restaurant is very dated, and a little worn out. The food quality while good for the price is unremarkable. The odd: there is a area that honors all the christenings/baby showers that the restaurant has hosted. All of them. With photos. Hundreds and hundreds of tokens and photo’s placed in the center of the restaurant. There is no soda fountain, if you order a soda it’s poured out of a two liter bottle a table or so over. This is good bet if you are ordering out, if you live nearby, or are staying in the hotel across the street.

Not the prettiest place or the best tasting food but for $ 8 for their buffet, it wasn’t bad at all. Don’t know about their menu dishes since we didn’t order from the menu. Will come back here and there. Staff is nice

Been here twice and the first time was not memorable but decided to come back here as the place is rt across the street from my hotel and I was too tired to make an effort. Big mistake. Ordered a House Special Chow Mein to go and the delivery was speedy. Reached the hotel and could barely eat a couple of bites. The ingredients were not at all fresh and the entire thing somewhat greasy. Ended up binning the whole thing.

This is my grandma’s favorite go-to Chinese restaurant. We probably eat here at least 1x/month when we visit. Our favorite dishes are rock cod with tender greens(Bol choy), chow mein, house wonton soup, chicken with black bean sauce and hot spiced eggplant. We’ve tried variations of these dishes but for the most part stick to the same thing. We’ve come so many times that the sisters know us which is nice. The inside is a bit run down and the décor is old but the food is consistently good and service is friendly.

I’ve been going to this place since I was little kid! Yummy Chinese food with good service can be hard to find sometimes but not here. Favorite dish: House Special Chow Mein(Hong Kong style) I, along with many family and friends, have hosted several parties here and I have always been pleased with the result. They’re reliable, efficient, and decently priced. My family and I have also made this restaurant our go-to spot for Chinese food and we regularly order takeout from here. They cook their food fast, and they’re so nice! Today, there was a mistake with my order, and I could have very well been at fault for that, but the workers were quick to cook the dish I actually wanted with no questions, no arguments, no hassle! And the owner, Mary(?)(I think she’s the owner at least; I see her every time I go here) was very apologetic and even gave me a small order of chicken wings on the house! Now THAT is GREAT customer service. I love coming here. I think this place is super underrated and needs more recognition for the delicious food and wonderful staff. I will absolutely be back!

Had 2 party trays ordered the night before chow fun beef(dry) and fried chicken wings with drummets. Chicken was flavorful just enough seasonings my guests at the part agreed. Their chow fun was yummy! Not overly greasy like most places. Overall I’m happy with the food choices,

Sometimes it’s not always about the food because although the food is good, the service I get is great. Friendly atmosphere and Mary and Jen treat you so welcoming… You always have that one place you can always count on…

Food was average. Not the worst for Chinese food but definitely not in the upper echelon. This place is good for parties and big groups. Service was good and they were prompt. Although, I attended a party but I’m not sure if the food would be any different at the public area. Rock cod fish was very good!

Ordered chicken on a small tray. I told lady that I want the lollipop chicken w/c we used to order & she keep insisting wing chicken When I pick up order, it was wing chicken. Don’t know if this place changed owner but that’s it for me for this place. Their men’s bathroom stinks.

Ok. From the outside this place is not a looker and the interior is is about the same… not too cool. So I tried this place because I was hungry and desperate for some Chinese food after leaving the city hall down the street. I ordered their Yang Chow fried rice(my fave) and crossed my fingers. Man. to my surprise it was really good! I would rate it a 7 out of 10 for all time fried rice. It was glossy, chewy, flavorful and cheap! I’ve tried it a total of 8 time and each time it was really good. FYI, the last time I ate the fried rice, it was a bit different and not so awesome but just ok. It must be the old chef change at the Chinese joint issue! Well, I’m going to give them another chance. Check them out if you want some simple, cheap, Cantonese style food to go!

Yuck… this place gets worse every time I come. I stopped going and this review is long overdue. One star because the ladies that work there are super nice. Don’t get me wrong… service is great but the food… I can live without. Hot & sour soup — they put so much cornstarch that the soup has a jello consistency. Lemon chicken — I choked on the acidic of the lemon. It overpowers the taste of the chicken. White rice — always gritty like it’s raw I usually come here for their buffet because I work close by and I’m better off eating In&Out. It’s garbage… waste of $ 6 or however much it is now. Worst Chinese food…
