Called to see if they can take my car in for an oil change without an appointment. Was done in less than an hour from the time I called. Staff was friendly. Will come back to this shop again.

Best mechanics ever. Have been coming here for over a year now and every time they give an excellent service. Totally recommend them.

I have a 2013 Toyota Camry. I came in today and got my oil changed after shopping. Fast and easy going guys.

I’ve been coming to this place for a couple times already. I just did my car maintenance before holiday starts. Very honest guys and I will be come back for future service.

I had my Mazda3 in for a 30k service and Jin was the one who helped me with my car. I did not get a quote before bringing my car in but I thought the price for the service (oil change, equipment inspections, cabin and outer air filter change) was very reasonable. Jin recommended a transmission flush but assured me that if I’d rather do it at my next oil change, it would be ok till then. I was in and out of the shop in a little longer than an hour.
I think Jin was honest about everything that was necessary to be done and I will come back for my next service. The only thing is I prefer to come in every 7.5k mile for my oil change (manual says that’s ok for my car) but he put down 5k for my next service. That’s fine though because I think most repair shops do that since 5k is the typical interval time.
One thing I like about the shop is that the typical prices for service are listed on the website. I’m one of those people who doesn’t like surprises so I like that they are straightforward about costs.

Service was fast and friendly, i got a simple battery change in under half an hour.
Nice waiting area and they have a parking lot which is nice.
I would recommend this place for a quick job!

My friend recommended this shop to me. I went there for oil change before i went on my road trip 2 month ago. Jin, the owner was so nice and was the one who helped me.

I was referred by a coworker to The One Auto Service because I haven’t had my springs replaced on my 1997 Honda Accord since the day my dad purchased it, that would be 1997 fresh out of the dealership. We have taken great care of the car and it has a little over160,000 miles which is really low. However, the springs had been showing rust for years and it really became an issue of safety for me.
Had a great chat with Jin before bringing in the car for service and he advised me that I should also replace the struts because it would make more sense to replace the whole set due to how long I have ignored the replacement. He also gave me advice on when I should start taking notice of replacing the struts/​springs again.
They did a fantastic job on the car and it handles better than I have ever driven it. It has almost two months since the visit and the car is still great. The service was great and it brought new life to my Accord but I truly valued the knowledge that Jin was able to share with me. It was above and beyond my expectations as a customer and a car owner.

I am a bit late on my review, but here goes!
My 2002 Toyota Camry had a messed up catalytic converter & those jackasses at the City Toyota dealership in Daly City told it would cost close to $ 3,000 to replace the the 2 components of the exhaust & manifold & unfortunately my radiator was busted as well!
But fortunately thanks to my girlfriend Charity who is a school teacher for SFUSD recommended this place because the owner’s Kalvin Kwong daughters were her students & helped out my girlfriend with her car as well! Kalvin & his crew were honest & hardworking individuals & when they worked on my car the found out that the manifold was busted & not the exhaust (at City Toyota they tried to up sell me with the exhaust!) here they did not & fixed my car both the radiator & catalytic converter manifold at a fair price! Because of this I will comeback again for my auto repair needs & recommend it to my friends as well!

I found this place on accident, my old oil change shop closed and they were in its place when I showed up. They helped me out with a quick fix and also quoted me a good price on a catalytic converter replacement, which they swapped out very fast. These guys care about cars and seem to be pretty trustworthy, I’ll definitely do all my service needs with them.

Really great place to get anything automotive done to your car, awesome staff and mechanics, quick and efficient, One of the best shops and reasonable prices in the Area, love that lowered cars are welcomed not a lot of places offer services to lowered car, I give The One Auto. ⁵⁄₅ Stars Keep up the good work guys

Best place to get a smog check! Cheap and super quick — it was only $ 48 and it took less than 10 mins.

My car was due for an oil change so I decided to come here since I was around the area. Got here close to closing and the mechanic there was nice enough to stay a bit longer to change my oil as well as inspect my car and top off any fluids. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes.

I went here for smog and a quick check on my car and I was a very please customer when I left.
Customer services was friendly and extremely attentive. They have a surprisingly comfortable couch in the waiting room with free wifi and large flat screen tv to keep things entertaining.
Extremely quick service– approximately 15 minutes for my smog. The price was extremely reasonable comparing to other smog shop in the Bay Area.
All in all I had a great experience and would definitely recommend others to bring their car here.

My car had a check engine light on for a while and won’t pass smog. Came here yesterday afternoon and they found and fixed the problem within two hours! Fast and great services!
