Great store, staff is super cool, and they will help you with anything! Definitely recommend to anyone new because these guys will help you out and not make you feel like a noob when you ask questions. I’m going to keep coming back here!

I remember when vape city was inside the Black a Gold barber lounge! They came a long way! Came here today for the first time since they moved and have their own store. Got a sigelei 150 and a couple of vtc4. Great customer service and good reward program. I still have a bunch of my favorite juice. But now that they carry it. I’ll be getting them here from now on. They’re only 5 minutes away from me. Anyway! Great service! Knowledgeable crew!

One of my go to spots for juice. Unicorns Milk and Thot Juice are the ones with the Sago’t Gulaman right behind. Good selection of mods and tops.

Very reasonable prices. Super knowledgeable employees. They set me up with my first official vape and an awesome flavor. Unicorn blood. Will definitely be back.

Great customer service by Ken! He greeted us right away & didn’t hesitate to help us out since we were new to the whole vape scene. Showing us different pieces and juices, he was very patient & not pushing for us to buy. He was more than helpful & we definitely will be coming back!

First time I’ve been here they were very friendly. Helped me with my needs and knew what they were talking about. They are now my number 1 shop to go to in the Bay Area. They’re shop setup is very presentable and color coordinated. Loved the setup and colors. They’re clothing is very nice too.

Hubby and I are always looking to support local vape shops. I came across this shop by Unilocal feed so we decided to stop by to check it out.
Store is brightly lit and very nice clean sharp set up. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly. While the shop is small, I did enjoy the way it was set up. I liked the table in the middle with the glass top. Easy access to be able to see everything they offered.
We started looking at the juices they offered and was instantly given some suggestions when told what we vape. I drip so it’s always nice when stores offer to let you drip. Based on their suggestion we walked out 2 yummy juices from Shark juice.
Overall customer service rocked here. I forgot their names, but the 2 men that were there were laid back and easy to have a conversation with. Very friendly and welcoming. The only drawback to t his store would be trying to find parking. We had a bit of a tough time, but it won’t stop us from going back.

What can I say, dopest shop I’ve been to so far! Clean and very presentable. Employees are nice and know their stuff. Ken was the one who helped me out and he answered all the questions I had!

First of all, the three guys who owns the shop are EXTREMELY nice, helpful and genuinely caring about your needs. They’re open to answering any questions. I came in with questions about what mods and new atomizers they had and all of them were answered. And I ALWAYS walk out with the perfect juice (hiii jordan). But seriously, VC has to be one of the chillest vape shops I’ve been to. The people there really makes the shop for what it is.

This was the very first vape shop that I ever bought anything from. It’s also one of the first vape shops that opened up here in Daly City. I never visited the shop when it was still at Black & Gold, but I’m glad these guys have a new location. The workers are very knowledgable and patient. They have a good selection of juices (word up to Illusion juice and Eliq Cube) and a great set up. There’s also a lounge area where people can chill and vape too.
A vape bar is always a good thing!

I’ve been coming to VapeCityDc since they first opened on Mission and Daly City. Since then I only go there to get all my juices, tanks, new mods etc. The guys there are really great help. Dj and I believe it’s Jordan or Brandon? I’ve only bumped into them of all the times I’ve been there and they’re customer device is top notch. The layout of the store is really sleek and kick back. Neat, clean and very organized. They carry your basic ego style vapes down to the variable and mechanical mod. Pretty good selection of vapes, juices tanks etc. The staff is very knowledgable on all the products they carry. They helped me with my first RDA and gave me the run down about ohms and which juice is suitable for dripping atomizers. They even helped me build the coil and drilled out the vent holes on the IGOw I bought for them. But anyone looking for a vape shop, VapeCityDc delivers! Best vape shop in the Bay Area!

Honestly… What can I say about Vape City. This place is very knowledgable about their products! Not only is the staff very friendly but they will help you with all your needs.
For the newcomers they’ll set you up with a basic set-​up & If you’re looking to get a AMAZING build or a new mod this is the place to go!
Their juice selection is huge and they have some of the go to juices that people can’t get enough of!
Don’t be intimidated and hang out because their lounge area is super dope and the staff will come hang with you!

Just stopped by the new shop and was not disappointed at all.
Whats different, you ask? Well, let’s just say the Vape City has definitely up’d their game. VC is fully stocked with newest and latest vape needs. And, just upon walking in, I was greeted with helpful staff and willing to answer any questions/​concerns. I must also note the great new look of the shop — sleek and modern — with clear displays of the items and how organized and tactfully placed the items are, and great price range for all the items.
Definitely, all the other local vape spots have nothing on Vape City, a shop ahead of its other competitors.

A couple weeks ago, I drove out of my way to come check out this store, hours on Unilocal and on the door said they were open till 9pm (see photo). Place was closed with the lights off by 8:03.
Never got to step inside, but they broke one of the most basic rules of business, be open when you say you’re open.

Dope spot to get your vapes & stuff. My roomate and I stumbled upon this place because of a secret santa gift and to our surprise, they had every ejuice on our list and more! Love that their prices are decently priced and the staff is so helpful. definitely coming back here.

I went to this store yesterday to get a vape kit for the first time. I didn’t have a lot of knowledge about it but I knew what I wanted from friends who vape.
On first glance I was impressed with the layout of the store. It is extremely professional and well laid out with display cases showing the different vapes and batteries and such.
I can’t remember who the associate was that helped me get set up but he was a little shorter and had extremely short cut hair. He was very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in making the switch to vaping.
5 stars! Love this place, definitely got me as a repeat customer.

The new location is a lot better! Glass table, glass display, hella juices…
PLUS there’s a lounge where customers can just chill, watch tv, play the ps3, whatever.
Furthermore, the staff seems very knowledgable — they really know what their talking about.
I’d definitely come to this location before any others.

What can i say I’m a big fan of Vape City. Been in the new shop 3 different times and have always been treated nice and with respect. I think every time I have gone in I have tried at least 4 – 5 flavors and not one bit of attitude or the feeling i am wasting the employees time. Have everything that I needed. Large selection of juice, mods, batteries, vinyl wraps. Ken is a really nice guy and hooks it up. Vape City is my go to spot when I don’t want to make the trip into the city.
