Business Owner

Founded in 2015, AllWater is a business built from passion and experience by Marc. Born and raised in Southern California, Marc has been fishing and boating almost his entire life. He began working on the Dana Wharf Sportfshing and Whale Watching boats at the age of 13. Marc holds a marketing degree from the University of Southern California. Marc quickly established himself in the local fishing and boating community. Marc has extensive experience in the hospitality and marketing fields, directing business for some of Southern California’s well known resort properties. Additionally, Marc is responsible for starting several successful businesses in the marine industry including boat rental companies. AllWater is a business that involves all elements important to Marc. AllWater is focussed on capturing and providing the resources to the waterman in you.

Me and 3 family members went out on the Ahi Nui with Captain Ryan on 05÷17÷16, and it was amazing! Ryan took us to good spots, and did everything he could to make sure we got the fish. The only complaint I have is there was no toilet (for the men it wasn’t a problem, and luckily I was able to hold it for 10hrs!), but other than that, it was great. I am already trying to get people together to do it again, I don’t think I will ever go out on a boat with 30 other anglers again. Thank you for making my birthday month amazing!

My husband and his dad said Marc was amazing! My husband went fishing out of Dana Point with a group of 4 guys. They had a great time. Hi dad still talks about it and how much fun they had. Marc was so professional and knowledgable. They said that it was so much easier than they expected and they caught so many fish! We enjoyed it as well because we were able to eat the fish after they came back that day! :) We highly recommend AllWater to all of our friends if they are looking for fishing charters in the OC area!

Fun time on lake pacific. Spent the day fishing with Captain Eric and Paul catching tons of bass and sheepshead. The kids got an awesome surprise at the end of the day with a horn shark. The kids were dying to catch a shark and made it happen!

If you want to catch fish and have a great day on the water, go with AllWater! I had the pleasure of going out with them twice and both times exceeded my expectations. The guide, gear, and local knowledge put us on fish from start to finish. There were even long range boats following us to see where we were going next since they kept seeing double hook ups every time we stopped the boat! These guides work so hard to find fish and make sure everyone is having a good time. Trust me, spend a few extra dollars to go with AllWater (versus a crowded cattle boat) and get a private fishing experience, you deserve it! Look forward to my next trip with AllWater. 5+ Stars all the way around.

Great fishing charter in Newport. I was referred to ALLWATER by Anglers Center tackle shop. Took out two of their boats with out of state clients whom we wanted to give a taste of Southern California. We had a great time enjoying a few beers while catching some fish. Captains Brandon and Ryan were very accommodating. We had no clue what we were doing but still managed to catch a dozen or so bass with their expertice. Great service and a reasonable price. Thank u

Went out yesterday on Anzuelo with captain Ryan and Mark. Plenty of action on our half day charter. We caught almost 10 different types of fish including a rare triggerfish (I guess they never catch these in California). We got a halibut that was about 20lbs which was the only fish we kept and ate, it was delicious. The boat was super comfortable even for the girls. The weather was decent, but didn’t matter since the boat was stable and comfortable. Good time on the ocean!!!

Great day on the water yesterday and today. We chartered All Water’s new boat this weekend while we had family. He had a blast fishing. We went to Catalina the first day and caught more than we could keep. Mostly rockfish and bass. Also caught 2 barracuda and a couple Bonita. We stayed in Avalon at the Atwater Hotel. It was really nice, especially for $ 120. Next day we fished for seabass. Nothing really huge was caught, but again the fishing and catching was constant. Would highly recommend these guys. Good value for what you get…

We went fishing with Captain Marc and Ryan on Christmas Eve… it was definitely a great experience with a great crew! Theses guys are lots of fun to fish with and do what it takes to get you on the fish. We had a phenomenal day and hooked up with a great yellow tail, a monster white sea bass, and lots of other little (but fun) fish to catch. The white sea bass was truly the fish of a lifetime for my 16 year old son! Couldn’t ask for a better ½ day on the water!

Went out on AllWater’s pontoon boat with some friends for some cruising and fun. The Boat was very nice, very clean and had a speaker system that sounded very nice (something that seems rare for a rental). The boat was very comfortable and spacious with great seating for everyone. I had a fantastic time on this boat and I can’t wait to do it again! Nobody can beat AllWater.

The other day, a few friends were in town visiting and we decided to take out one of AllWater’s pontoon boats in Dana Point Harbor and we were nothing short of impressed. Not only was the boat large and extremely comfortable, but it was decked out with an up to date stereo and a few tables making the whole experience awesome. The AllWater staff was very accommodating to my friends and I as well. I’ll definitely be back!

Went fishing with Captain Marc Levine on September 4. Four of us fished and had an epic trip where we caught more Yellowfin Tuna than we could imagine ranging from 30lbs to 45lbs+. Marc put us on the fish and kept us on the fish. He is experienced, knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor and made the trip fun for all of us. We had great bait and also caught Tuna on poppers, which is pretty rare for Southern California fishing. We were not far off shore the entire day and the boat is pretty darn spacious. At times, all foour of us were hooked up simultaenously. WHAT A DAY!!!

These guys get it! They set the bar really high for the next fishing charter company I use outside of Southern California. AllWater was recommended to me by a friend who knows fishing and he was right. I was in charge of organizing the charter for our group and the team at AllWater gave me a list of options to choose from. When we arrived everything was taken care of and our captain gave us a breakdown on where he thought the fish would be that day. He was right! Caught a ton of yellowtail and one yellowfin! Our captain was really professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a blast. Highly recommended!

EPIC DAY!!! We had a group of 4 for a full day of fishing last week. One of the guys has a fishing boat of his own, but every time we go with him we end up getting skunked. So we decided to pay a professional to take us out. What a great idea that was. Our Captain took us out about 30 miles and before we knew it our lines were hot with yellow tail. Grabbed a quick four 20 – 30 pounders. Then we trolled through a pod of dolphin and tuna and snagged a beautiful yellow fin tuna. 5 hours later later, and about 8 hours into the trip we thought our day was over. We were totally wrong. Our captain told us to get ready for some action as he cruised the boat over to a new kelp paddy. Within just a few minutes, all 4 rods were bent and we ended up with another 7 – 8 yellow tail. In the end we have about 130 lbs of the most amazing sashimi. Great times!!!

Marc is great! Great service. He is able to accommodate all kinds of ocean adventures and has a bunch of really nice boats. Not to mention he is an excellent captain and fisherman himself. We had a great day on the water fishing and catching, yellowtail, yellowfin tuna and a huge bluefin tuna! Excellent operation.

I had the opportunity to go on a ¾ day trip out of Dana Point with Capt Marc last summer. Needless to say it was the best fishing experience of my life. AllWater provides amazing personal with the most knowledge of the local area. They also provided top shelf gear for us to use.
That day Capt Marc put us in the right places in the right times. I caught 3 BFT that day and it was my first time catching tuna ever. Definitely calling them for a charter for the upcoming season.

Went out fishing with Allwater charters. Could not have had a better morning. My wife and I had only been fishing deep sea once before.
Captain was friendly and has been fishing these waters for over 25 years. He made sure we will all comfortable on the boat. Amazing to learn all that we did today.
I don’t think we could top our trip today. We got 5 nice yellowtail. All of them were over 20−30lbs. We filled our ice chest! Definitely a trip all of us will remember. Excited for the bbq!

First class operation. Chartered the Ceviche out of Newport Beach for a full day fishing. We couldn’t have had a better time. Fishing was outstanding at Catalina. Non-​stop fishing for bass then we headed out further for some of the best yellowtail fishing ever. Tons of food to bring home. Alex our captain was great with everyone especially the kids. Definitely a trip to remember. We’ll be back fishing again soon I hope.

My friends and I were looking at chartering a boat out for a half day fishing trip and stumbled across Allwater. We went out on the Ahi Nui and had a blast. We rented a boat for the day with another couple. We wanted to do some whale watching and have an afternoon on the water. It was a great time. Mark our captain was very knowledgable and was great to have take us out. Knew all of the areas to see along the coastline to Laguna. We saw 2 grey whales, and a breaching whale. It was unreal. We also saw tons of dolphins and other sea life. Well worth the money for a private trip. Next time when we don’t bring the ladies we’ll have to go fishing. They have several great boats/​yachts to choose from which was nice to have options. We had a great time. Thanks again!

I recently had family in town from NY that wanted to go fishing. I thought instead of going out on one of the commercial boats that we would try chartering a boat instead. We had a great time and a way more personal experience on the water! We not only caught some nice rock fish and bass, we saw whales! It was nice being able to have the opportunity to go out and explore at our own pace. Our captain was very knowledgeable and helpful with me (a non fisherman) and the boat was comfortable. I will be calling them for our next trip on the ocean!
