Giulietta and John Wilson represented us on our recent home sale in North O.C. and the purchase of our home in South O.C. They are an exceptionally talented broker team offering in-​depth knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the professional concerns and responsibilities that buyers and sellers may experience.
Giulietta not only provided expert Real Estate advice and service but her business smarts, negotiation skills and contentious follow through ensured our interests were top priority. During the sell and buy process, John’s 30+ years of experience in custom home building and development provided us with critical insight and confidence in making the right choice. The entire office team was stellar — responsive and accommodating with excellent follow up.

PLEASE be careful working Giulietta. She is one of the most rude inconsiderate rental agents we’ve come across.
She acted like we as renters had no rights of privacy while our time and work schedules we not important. We gave her every open time slot within our busy work schedules to show the place and even adjusted those times when needs.
She told our landlord lies about us not being available to show the unit upon move out, which we showed the place every time asked and even came home from our vacation early to show it to have her not even show up or give us notice.
I had an agreement with the owner to move out early (15 days) which worked for the owner so he could finish working on the house before he left on vacation at the end of the month. This also worked for us as our new house would ready, but unethically they kept 15 days of rent from our deposit. My fault for trusting someone’s word over doing everything in writing.
Sadly, there are people out there that only care about money and will do whatever it takes to get it. This lady is one of them!
Luckily, I’m not the one going to bed every night with a filthy consciousness and dishonest heart.
There are many other honest and ethical agents, so please give one of those your business.
These type of people should not be praised in our society.

I’ve worked with Giulietta going back to 1998. She was great then, and great in early 2015 when I last worked with her!
She connected me with a leasing specialist (Judi) in her company that was exactly what I needed to find a fairly large home to lease for a year. Let’s just say that it was «complicated» due to a divorce and repercussions therefrom.
Judi worked tirelessly to line up a great group of properties to view, and was very upfront about any potential drawbacks to the properties instead of just trying to force me into something quickly. I finally found the perfect place, and then Judi and Giulietta both helped all the way through the application and approval process with the owner.
They both helped with minor issues with the home during move-​in, as well as following up afterwards to make sure that everything was going well.
I truly could not have asked for more and will continue to use their services going forward, as well as refer people to them.
