Established in 2010.

Back in 2010, We started this company 2 friends with a lot of love to repairing and understanding how electronic products works, and how we can help the environment and save money in repairing instead of buying new.

In the beginning we did it only for our personal fun and use and for some close friends, but with the time we got more and more friends of friends coming and asking our «services»…

We believe in true customer service and satisfaction, and the reason we find it so easy to deliver such high standards is because we really really enjoy doing what we do!

Manager

Zack is our head tech team, and manager, he will listen and understand any issue you are experiencing with your device, and will identify the problem in seconds, he have excellent customer service, and a lot of patience.

And we mostly love him because he brings us coffee and a smile every morning :)

When my ear speaker went out on my iPhone 6S I took it in right away… Laura assisted me immediately to diagnose the problem. While in the end it was a more involved issue than originally thought, and ultimately the phone had to be replaced, she was very helpful and knowledgable about the repair that was needed. IPhone 6 screen cracked 72 hours after replacement. They would not honor the warranty. Requested to speak with manager. Never received a call back.
Be careful. The warranty on their replacement parts and customer service appears to mean nothing to them.
UPDATE TO REPLY FROM BUSINESS OWNER (1÷10÷15)
The phone had a case. No discount was offered for a replacement screen or future service.
We’ve had many iphones. We take care of them, as we should. It was unacceptable for the replacement screen to break 72 hours after replacement and to not receive a call from a manager after requesting it.
The replacement screen might have had a flaw or the technician might have made a mistake when replacing it. Customer service goes beyond what’s written in a contract.

The only glitch is to get the $ 10 off coupon you have to show a receipt on the Unilocal App… well if your phone is broken, how does that work? It means you need to go home and print it off on your computer :(I think they need a new way to give the discount…
Other than that, I’d give it 5 stars.

My son was leaving for college and needed a quick fix on phone. Laura ended her break early to help. She gave us the option to clean the connector for free but we chose to replace it to be sure. 20 minuets and half of what we thought it would cost we were out the door with what felt like a new phone. We love Laura!!!
Just went again and Iserael did above and beyond in just an hour fixed my own screen and cleaned components! Bravo!

Walked in having just dropped my iPhone about an hour prior, Laura asked me a few questions and got right to work replacing my cracked screen. After popping the phone open she found out that my phone speaker was broken had me back out the door in less than 15 minutes.
I was looking for a speedy fix since I was literally at work while this happened and this shop was less than a mile away. Karma :)

we had a great experience with Lara at Infigo! She was professional helpful and very efficient! Fixed my cracked I phone while we waited and was able to help other customers and would answer everyone’s questions, very knowledgeable about any phone or problem, she even showed me how to do some things onI my phone that I wasn’t sure how to use. Would highly recommend this company esp if Lara is behind the counter!

I visited iNfigo this afternoon as I was in the area and had some issues with the speaker of my phone. I arrived and was greeted by Kendy who was very friendly after explaining my issues she told me that she could look at it and the diagnostic test would cost $ 40 and if repairs were needed that the $ 40 would be applied to the cost to repair. I agreed and she told be shad a couple of items to fix ahead of mine and it would take about two hours.
Two hours later I came back and my phone was fixed. Kendy did a good job explaining the issue and how it was repaired. I paid the extra charges and went on my way.
I wood definitely recommend this facility for any apple product repairs you need done. Keep in mind they do no work on any Windows devices.
