Abercrombie & Fitch

This is a run of the mill Abercrombie, so why the low rating. So we visited here on a Tuesday evening and while I was in town. I was on line to pay for my selections and there were two cashiers working. Then right before it was my turn in line, the one of the cashier went away. The remaining cashier was still with a previous customer and remained so for a while. A line started to form behind me. Had the other cashier stayed and taken me, I would have been gone before the other cashier freed up and there would have been no one waiting. It wasn’t due to lack of resources either. In the same room where the registers were, there were at least 2 – 3 other employees restocking things. I was really hoping for some east coast efficiency I miss so much.
