Dee Dents

I found Dee Dents after a freak hailstorm in Boston damaged two of our family’s cars in a single afternoon. And by damaged I really mean completely decimated. One car was worse than the other, but there must have been over 500 or so hail strikes with significant denting all over the car. I started to count on the hood and stopped after 150 or so. There were little dents inside big dents and dents overlapping each other. I was honestly very depressed by this because I am fastidious about keeping my car dent and scratch free. I always park far from other cars, and avoid tight parallel parking spaces. My car was absolutely blemish free until that hail storm turned it into the surface of the moon. I truly believed that no amount of work could restore that perfection I found Dee Dents based on reviews on the BMW M3 forum and figured if those car enthusiasts avidly recommended Dee Dent, then it was worth looking at for my two cars.
I called and Danny was very easy to work with and told me up front he was going to try to shave off some of the deductible. The quote to the insurance company was much higher than the insurance company estimate (which is based off the assumption of panel replacement and repainting like a run of the mill body shop would do it, which also ruins a car IMO), but Danny kept working with the insurance company until they reached an agreement.
The repair on both cars were pretty much perfect, with only slight imperfections in just the right lighting, no paint work was done, as advertised. Both cars were perfectly waxed and detailed inside and out on delivery. He even restored the headlights on one for the heck of it. Best of all, he helped me out with the deductible as promised.
My neighbors in the same lot that were hit by hail either had shoddy repair work done, or had a estimate very close to their deductible price and choose not to fix it. Anyone in the Boston area can see nice luxury cars marred by nasty hail dents right now. All of those people should go to Dee Dents to get them fixed at pretty much no out of pocket costs assuming they have full coverage.

Dee is great. He is a genuinely great PDR technician plus he is fairly priced. We use him all the time and he always makes himself available for us. It’s a great combination: quality, speed and price are all on point.

I went to meet with Danny after speaking with him on the phone about a nasty dent that I had in the hood of the car. Two other people had told me that the hood needed to be repainted and nothing could be done. I was not satisfied with that answer and drove to Danbury to see what Danny could do. He assessed the situation and was honest about the possibility that the job would look at least 80% better. I was confident that anything was better than painted a new car. He spent about an hour on the dent and if was almost 100% gone except for a couple scratches that were already there. Excellent job and highly recommended. He is a mobile shop so if you have a couple days to schedule him in he will even come to your door. I drove 45 minutes to him from the Hudson Valley area and would do it again.
