Established in 2003.

Kickaro’s Martial Arts & Fitness 1^st opened in Brookfield CT on Federal Road over 10 years ago. We have now moved to a much larger and brighter facility conveniently located across from Stew Leonard’s, above The Party Depot in Danbury… still on Federal Road!

I started my Martial Arts training as a young boy… often pedaling my bike over 8 miles to class if my parents weren’t home from work to drive me… I was never a «team sports» kinda kid and thrived in the Martial Arts as I saw my success was a direct result of my own hard work and dedication, not the result of a «team effort»…as a result of my tenacity to better my skills I was asked to start teaching at the young age of 14 years old… and it’s the only job I have ever known! .with over 17 years teaching experience in the Danbury area. It is this unique attribute that allows me to help any child or adult to be an absolute success in the Martial Arts & have the time of their lives doing it!
